The Misty Mountain cabin is managed by Calliday Vacation Rentals. The cabin is in Black Bear Falls Resort, which offers a gated community pool with a kiddie pool and lounge chairs during summer. Please note: the pool is closed in winter (from one week after Labor Day until one week before Memorial Day).

You’ll have full access to everything the cabin offers, including the game room, hot tub, and two spacious decks. Self-check-in is easy with keyless entry, and for peace of mind, the home is equipped with a front door security camera.

We want your stay at The Misty Mountain to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review our key policies:
• Maximum Guests: 8
• Renter Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required (emailed after booking)
• Security Deposit: $300, just a holding deposit, will not charge on the card and be released after checkout
• Parties & Events: Not permitted Outdoor camera at entrance for safety
• Please keep doors & windows closed to avoid wildlife entering
• The roads leading to the cabin are easy to navigate with any vehicle, with no steep inclines to worry about.
• Parking is secure and available for up to two cars.

We enjoyed our stay at the Misty Mountain. It was perfect for a family of 4 with kids. We loved the hot tub and the game room, along with our bear visitors each day (lock your car doors)! It was close to downtown Gatlinburg while still feeling peaceful and secluded.

This was our first time in Gatlinburg so we did not know what to expect. We were totally blown away. We all loved everything. The over size beds, the hot tub, pool table, the games as well as everything else. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire property as well as the follow up from the owners/rental agency. It was very clean, roomy and offered all the comforts of home. Thank you. The Vincent’s.

We had a really nice stay at the Misty Mountain. My kids loved the games and there were lots of books for little kids and toys for littles. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The public pool was a lot of fun for my kids. We would definitely come back! Fond family memories were made.

It was great! There were a few rolls of TP in each bathroom and the usual sample size shampoo, soap and lotion, but also a soap, shampoo and conditioner (I think) dispenser in each shower. Lots of utensils and cooking supplies with toaster and coffee maker (for K-cups or ground coffee). It was very clean with plenty of washcloths and towels. Beds were comfortable. We did not use the hot tub or any of the video games so I can’t comment on any that. Never had a bit of trouble with anything. Parking is right by the front doorWe would definitely stay there agiain.

This cabin rental was great! The property was clean and very well supplied. We only had four people, but there is definitely plenty of room for larger groups. The property was clean and well maintained in area. Location was very convenient for access to everything g in the area. Host communicated well with us before the date as well. Highly recommend this cabin and host!

This clean and very nicely decorated cabin had everything we needed! We enjoyed spending time outside on the large decks and had a lot of fun in the game room. The location was perfect as well. We’d love to stay here again.

The location of this cabin was perfect for all the near by attractions. The cabin itself was very comfortable, clean and fun since it had a pool table. The view from the balcony was phenomenal! We will definitely be returning to this cabin in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the Misty Mountain cabin. The cabin was clean and perfectly accommodating for our family with teens. The host provided great communication and this was one of the better VBRO stays we have had.

She lives on the west coast with her spouse and two daughters and they all love to travel and explore new areas. They have created so many precious family memories through their adventures that they decided they would like to share with other families to be able to do the same.

After purchasing a second home in South Lake Tahoe, San wanted to share the home and experience with other guests and turned it into a vacation rental. She loves its beautiful mountains, many skiing opportunities, the stunning lake, and all the nearby casinos. This is her go-to for vacation twice a year and she treasures her time there with her family. She loved to hear from her guests that “they made wonderful travel memories while staying at her properties”.

San has built her business by caring for her guests and personally selected the new vacation homes that she manages and tastefully decorated. She now owns a second and third vacation homes in Gatlinburg, TN. She has found this area in the Smoky Mountains to be so beautiful, with almost endless activities. It’s perfect for both kids and kids-at-heart. She has also been happy to understand the meaning of “Southern Hospitality”, as she has met so many warm and welcoming folks in her journeys.
