## Logement
Located in Paris, my apartment is charming, well decorated and has been redone by an architect. It is located on the 5th floor without elevator and is composed of a beautiful bright room with a double bed, a living room with a single mattress, a very clean shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen open on the living room.
You will have at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Oven, Iron.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.

You will be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
The apartment is ideally located near the Porte Saint-Denis (5 min walk), the famous Saint-Laurent Church (5 min), the Manoir de Paris (8 min) and the Musée Grévin (15 min).
The Canal Saint-Martin is a 15-minute walk away, the Louvre Museum is 20 minutes by metro, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral is 15 minutes away and the Eiffel Tower is 30 minutes away.

You will find many shops nearby (such as a Lidl and a Franprix at 3 min walk) as well as many cafés, bars and restaurants!
The Saint Martin market is also nearby and is open every day except Monday.

## Emplacement
The 10th arrondissement of the city of Paris is now a popular area on the Rive Droite, where many students share large and old Haussmann apartments, where theaters, cafes and restaurants are rarely empty. Occupying a strategic position between the Grands Boulevards overlooking Montmartre, Place de la République and beyond, Bastille and Belleville but also Stalingrad, the 10th arrondissement seems to be in the middle of everything. In addition, the major and popular transit centers, Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, are both located in the 10th arrondissement.
