This amazing two-story condo offers two balconies with such great views that you will be able to watch the sunrise and sunset over the Atlantic Ocean from the same deck! There is new outdoor furniture on the bottom deck for your enjoyment. You’ll feel like you are at home in this paradise overlooking the sea. There is nothing like going to sleep to the sound of the rolling waves and the lights of ships on the ocean – then waking up with the ocean waves, dolphins, and pelicans being literally the first thing you see from the bed. One bedroom has a Queen bed and one bedroom has a Double bed and a click-clack couch. Downstairs is a Queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy amenities such as pool and playground access, Wireless Internet, a Storage closet on ground level for “beach stuff,” volleyball, a grilling area, plenty of parking, and private beach access. Also, the Oak Island Golf Course is right across the street! Choose Amazing View as your next vacation destination!

What a view

The ocean view from both balconies is absolutely picturesque! Easy check in, great communication and a beautiful condo! The attention to detail was truly on point! We can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you so much for sharing with us!

Needs some love

First, the location is perfect. 5 stars for location, convenience to beach access, ease of parking, and sparsely populated beach. However, there were several negatives during our stay. I believe with a little work, these can be fixed, but I think the property needs quite a bit of work. First, there was mold growing about an inch out from the bathroom wall. Maintenance came and cleaned it with a rag and bleach. I guess this helped? My kids and I definitely needed our allergy meds throughout the week to breathe though. Next, the master bed headboard looked like someone rubbed muddy feet all over it. I had to scrub this before feeling comfortable using the bed. The toilets barely flushed and required holding the handle through the whole cycle and required multiple flushes to get everything down. Overall, the house was dingy and musty. For example, I wiped the handrails and the result was a nasty brown paper towel. I know to check my expectations in a rental where people come and go, but this place needs a good amount of work. We found we just couldn’t completely relax in the place. I think this has the potential for 4-5 stars, but the owner needs to take some time to clean and fix some things.
