Our Luxury Florida Villa is a family owned holiday vacation villa, just minutes from Disney and many more Orlando area theme parks.

Our villa will accommodate up to 8 guests. It is fully equipped, fully furnished and air conditioned. Our villa has free wireless internet access for your laptop computer, voip phone or PDA/iPad. Free telephone calls to the USA & Canada.

Our villa has its own private heated screened south facing swimming pool with a partial covered lanai with mature landscaping , Palms trees, orange trees and hedges for your added privacy.

Our Luxury Florida Villa accommodation comprises of a Master bedroom with King bed, en-suite full bathroom, walk in closet, HD/TV, Roku Programming, Radio alarm clock & patio doors leading to the pool deck .

2 Guest bedrooms with Queen and Twin beds and closets, TV's and alarm clocks.

Second full bathroom shared by twin and queen guest rooms.

Guest Queen bedroom with closet, HD TV ,DVD and radio alarm clock.

The open living area has a wrap around leather sofas, 55" HD/TV with triple sliding patio doors leading to the pool area.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and bar stools.

Breakfast nook with table in the kitchen area.

Utility room with full size washing machine and dryer.

The dining area includes a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests.

Our villa is provided with all linen and towels. Cots and high chairs are available at our villa with no extra charge.

Games room with a Pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball and a selection of games. We provide a Xbox One and PS/4 for your kids to use with a 50" TV.

Pool can be heated for an extra charge not normally required April to September.

Our management company will provide any help and support for you during your stay and are only a quick phone call away.

We do highly recommend Vacation Insurance from the date of booking.

Cozy Family Stay

Our stay was enjoyable! The rental was well-equipped with the essentials for our week-long trip. We appreciated the convenient location, being close to parks, shops, and stores. The pool was a nice amenity, although the cooler weather (highs in the 40s-50s) made it difficult to heat up enough for use during part of our stay. This wasn't a reflection on the rental itself, but rather the weather conditions.The kids absolutely loved the game room! That was a big hit.Just a heads-up for anyone planning to use the pool: if the weather's below 50, it might be tough to get the pool warm enough.

Christmas family getaway

This was a great house for our family Christmas getaway. The house was stocked with many of your kitchen essentials, bath towels and pool towels. The pool was heated to 92-93 degrees. The kids enjoyed all the pool toys and Floaties. The game room was excellent beds were perfect for sleeping. Also, in a great location, close to stores and attractions. Kris was great and even checked on us throughout the week to see how we were all doing. Responded quick with any questions. We would stay at this house again.

Exceeded expectations

This was the first time using VRBO and was a little nervous but the pictures were accurate, the house had everything we could have asked for. The owner was so quick to respond to every one of my messages. The adult children loved the game and my younger daughter lived the pool whenever we weren't at disney. My husband and I were able to relax by the pool. The location was so convenient to all the attractions. If I can convince my husband to return to Florida we will definitely rent again. We will be suggesting to all our friends. Thank you to Kris and his family for letting us borrow their home.

Clean and spacious

Very clean and spacious. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure everything was good. We experienced no issues. Liked that there were plenty of towels.

Awesome Host! Beautiful Home!

The house is very clean and cozy. Pool area was great for relaxing. Kitchen is stocked with anything you’d need to cook a good meal. Kris is a great host and communicates often. Would definitely stay here again!

First Family visit to Disney!

EVERYTHING was great about this house!!! We greatly enjoyed it. We traveled with our family which includes someone who is wheelchair bound. We were able to get him in the house and around easily. We brought a shower chair and were able to lift him into the shower easily. We will definitely look it up again.

Florida holiday

Really great property for our Florida holiday. Owner kept in contact throughout and sorted any issues promptly. We really enjoyed the facilities - games room, spacious living areas and the pool is a good size. Our children spent many hours in there! It was nice to have a space to relax in. We hope to book again which is a testament to how much we enjoyed our time here!

Orlando vacation

We have just completed 22 nights in this property and it was fabulous. From when we first booked the villa last year the communication from Kris has been excellent throughout and instantly put us at ease in terms of our choice. The digital welcome pack just in advance of our arrival was a great help. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and is within easy driving distance of the Disney parks and is also accessible to the I4 for trips up to Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. The outdoor pool was a favourite with our family after long hot days in the parks and also during our rest days. As was the games room with the pool table. We would recommend this property and would definitely return in the future.

Nice house and location

The house was just what we expected-lots of room and a great place for kids. We weren’t in the house much to enjoy all it had to offer between the game room and pool, but the time we were there was nice family time. Although about 25 mins from Orlando/Disney, the grocery store and other needed amenities were all less than 5 miles away.

Family holiday

Stayed for 3 weeks in June 2024. The house is nice, very clean and beds comfortable. It has all the things you would need. There was lots of clean bedding and towels available. Area is quiet. Communication with owner was good and he quickly answered any questions we had. The games room in the garage is great.

Great Villa

The villa was great. Had the majority of things we needed for a week stay. I loved being able to have my coffee every morning. My boys enjoyed using the gaming systems in the game room.

Perfect Spot

This is a fantastic place for toddlers, teenagers, young adults, even older adults. It is extremely well equipped with everything you can imagine. Highly recommended!!!

Great villa and location

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We were very relaxed. 25-30 minutes from Disney, but traffic is normally heavy in the area. The owner contacted me to ensure we were ok. The pool was warm. My family loved that. Overall great stay.

Great place

Great time! Pool we paid to heat but was worth it. Everything you need and then some. I did say slow cooker would be nice. The owner had on delivered to the house. We stayed 2 months. Thank again great time

Short - But an amazing stay!

When we arrived, we first noticed the quiet neighborhood (Westridge), which during our visit felt very safe. Upon entering the villa, it was beautiful, very nicely maintained, fresh and clean. The location was perfect. During our stay we visited Disney, Universal, Gatorland and SeaWorld. It was so wonderful to have a house to come back to instead of a small, cramped hotel room. The kids kept bragging about the pool and elaborate game room to their friends back home. There were plenty of great spots to visit, shop and eat. I highly recommend a local restaurant called “Ovation Bistro” for their amazing prime rib. When we arrived at the villa, we were contacted within minutes by the owner to see if we had any questions and just to ensure we arrived safely. We had an immediate response from the owner Kris when I reached out with a question. Like anywhere you stay when you travel - if you love your pillow or stuffed animal, then bring it. I can’t brag about this property enough and would really enjoy coming back in the future! Thank you for an Amazing Stay!

Relaxing Vacation Rental

Our family really loved our stay at your the Luxury Florida Villa. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. Our children, including myself, especially loved the heated pool and color changing pool light. There was an abundance of bath towels and a washer/dryer which was fantastic, and we made use of it. If we visit Florida in the future, we will consider renting out this house again. The Disney-themed room was amazing as well as the fully stocked game room. Communication with our host, Kris, was easy, prompt, and clear. One nice treat that Kris provides his guests with is the app for our phone. This helped us find local restaurants, bars, shopping and even a nice church for Sunday service. Thanks, Kris!

You may be wondering why we bought our villa. Well, as a teenager I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house in N. Fort Myers, Florida. I was able to enjoy spending time at the local beaches and occasionally visiting Orlando and its various amusement parks.

Now we have two small children, who we wanted to bring to Florida to enjoy all it had to offer. Our goal was to travel at least two times a year to Orlando and stay at the local 4 & 5 star hotels, but the costs were just too great. We started looking for alternatives. That is when we learned about vacation villas.

Having found the Florida lifestyle and weather very much to our taste and not to mention the incredible attractions and fabulous leisure pursuits that abound in this state, we were lucky enough to be able to buy a villa close to Disney. To help with the expenses and because we eventually want to make this a retirement home, we decided to make the villa available to rent year-round.

We have added alot of items to the villa such as: CD Players, large screen TVs, DVD Players, Wireless Internet, XBOX 360 game system, and a new game room with pool, air hockey and foosball.

We are also mindful of children and have games, books, children's videos, cot, stroller and highchair.

There is a wonderful large pool in the back with pool toys and inflatable rafts for you to use. The comfortable pool furniture should make life 'great' during your stay. This we hope will lead to guests wanting to return and also recommending us to others.

Many of our guests have been trying a villa holiday for the first time and they are now converted to 'villa' holidays as the best form of accommodation!! They are experiencing luxury at a very inexpensive price and getting so much more for their money than just a hotel room!!!! There is local management that watches the property to make sure there are no problems during your visit.
