Clare & Jon were excellent hosts, they responded to all our messages quickly & accommodated our late request to extend our stay with no problem. The Villa is beautiful and is in an excellent location, close to local amenities in Championsgate & easy access to main routes for Disney/Universal. When not at a park or shopping we really enjoyed the pool & games room especially the pool table. This is a perfect Villa for families, we would highly recommend. Thanks Clare & Jon for a great vacation.

The house is beautiful and as described. Also, it has a great location. The owner, Jon and the property manager, Jane were great. The AC broke during our stay and they were very responsive in getting the necessary repairs done. Good news for you the house has a brand new AC! I would stay there again and recommend.

This is a very well presented property. The photos are up to date, so there are no surprises when you arrive. All 4 bedrooms are a good size, and the bed’s comfortable to sleep in. The pool and garage games room provide entertainment for all the family. Location is perfect to escape from the busier tourist areas closer to Disney etc.. but still close enough to drive to the attractions without too much effort or time.

Have stayed here many times. Property is always in top shape. Hot tub needs to have jets adjusted so water comes out with more pressure. Property is located in a very secure and handy location to everything around Orlando. Can’t wait to get back next year.

Beautiful Villa however does not have mesh fencing around pool to safeguard young children There was an alarm on the patio door unfortunately for us our 7 year old soon worked out how to open it by turning off alarm. Otherwise near amenities and shops pleasant estate and large enough for two families

Acerca del anfitrión

Anfitrión: Clare Bridgwater

We are Jon and Clare Bridgwater and purchased our beautiful villa in 2013. The deciding factor in buying a villa was to have a holiday home and rental property. We have lived in the county of Hertfordshire, England all our lives but regard Florida as our second home!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Having spent many holidays in Florida over the past 30 years, including our honeymoon! we decided Florida was the place to purchase our dream holiday home and chose 'The Sanctuary' West Haven for its beautiful surroundings and for our own perfect sanctuary!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

After viewing many properties, the moment we saw our villa we knew it was the one for us. We had already made our list of criteria of what we wanted in a villa and it ticked all the boxes! Our grandson also gave it a very big tick and not just because of the games room! The main attraction was the view as we had often stayed in villas that overlooked the neighbours pool! Which is not what we wanted. This is why we chose the stunning surroundings of 'The Sanctuary'
