This renovated apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and offers you an ideal setting for your seaside holiday.
Ideally located, the apartment is just a few steps from the beaches and close to the Presidents' district, highly sought after by holidaymakers. You will also be within walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafés and local attractions. The Tanchet beach, popular for swimming and water sports, is only 10 minutes walk away, while the vibrant city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne is easily accessible by bike or on foot.
The apartment includes:
A living room open to a balcony with sea view, equipped with a sofa, a table for 5 people, and a TV screen.
An open and fully equipped kitchen, with induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.
A bathroom with a bathtub, vanity unit and towel radiator.
Separate toilets for added convenience.
On the night side, you will find three bedrooms:
A double bed room
A cabin room with two single beds
A cabin room with a single bed
The balcony will allow you to enjoy the sea view, equipped with a table and outdoor chairs for your meals or relaxation moments.
