Perfect for Us

This little hideaway in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for our family in every way. We would definitely hope to stay there again on future trips to Tallahassee!

Excellent experience. The house was clean, with updated amenities, and spacious. The check-in process was seamless. Wifi worked well. Tracey was a true pleasure to work with.

Excellent stay

Very cute house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood! Close to shopping an FSU. Our large group was comfortable and enjoyed his home very much. Tracey was easy to get ahold of and always responded quickly!

Stayed for parents weekend with two other families. It couldn’t have been more perfect! Very clean and great for big groups.

Graduation Stay

What a wonderfully home for my family during our Sons Graduation. 12 mins from campus and from close to all the great places to eat. House just needs a 3rd bathroom downstairs for all the people staying.

The house is advertised as it is a 3 bedroom with 2 baths. There are 2 baths shown in photos. I realize the added convenience of a 3rd bath. There were a lot of improvements made to the home and the 3rd bathroom was in the design but got axed as funds diminished. Sorry that you expected something that was not there. Glad that the location was pleasing to your group and that otherwise you had a nice stay.

Family FSU trip

Stayed at this home with my family for an FSU football weekend and it was perfect for our big group! Plenty of room to hang out in the living room, outside in the yard, and enough space to spread out to sleep comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, modern and spacious as well. Location was awesome; about 10-15 from FSU campus but far enough from noisy/busy college student area. Close to restaurants and shopping. We loved our time here and would stay again in the future!

Tally times

This house suited our family for the purpose of the weekend. We were in town for a graduation and wanted a place for our big family to stay. Overall, this is a great property. They made some updates on the house. It did seem as though it isn’t finished. Although, we loved the big picture window looking into the woods in the backyard from the sunroom! The kitchen was stocked enough. Plenty of glasses and plates. Toaster and coffee maker. Pots, pans, and utensils. There were a few extra rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, which was nice. No soaps in the showers, which is fine. Plenty of hand soap. The only thing my group unanimously said was regarding the quality of the towels. They were very thin and did not absorb the water at all. I wish they would get better towels for future guests. There were just enough for the group and we were thankful for the washer and dryer. We will likely book this place for the next graduation. (Hopefully, they’ll have better towels by then!)
