Our large family loved our stay at Sunset Ridge! Whether hiking or shopping, everything was in close proximity. The kitchen was well set up and the "treats" throughout were such a thoughtful addition. Karen's communication was the absolute best! Although we had some bad weather, it didn't interfere with us having a grand time. We put the puzzle table to good use and we loved cheering our Dawgs to victory over Bama! Go Dawgs!! Sunsets were magnificent!

We are a group of 9, 70 something ladies in a Book Club. NONE of us are willing to stay any place less nice than our homes and we all want our own beds. This lovely spot has worked wonderfully on two occasions and we will probably return. Exceptionally clean and spacious. The contact person for this house is extremely helpful and friendly - even when I needed her assistance several times this trip. I recommend it highly!

Stayed here for a family wedding at a nearby venue. Beautiful home with lots of room to share with family and friends. The host is fantastic! Very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!!

We had a large group of family getting together and this property was perfect. It had plenty of space for us, the views were amazing, and they even had baby/kid items and toys. Karen was very responsive and helpful when any questions arose. We were all already talking about coming back again before the trip was even over.

Beautiful views. Great family stay.

Getting there is half the fun! Nice stay with plenty of amenities packed into the house. Well stocked kitchen. Outdoor firepit was great even in summer.

Great mountain property

We had a great time visiting this property. The check in was a breeze, the property is great for multiple families, and the owner was very helpful. Very close to town and Tallulah Gorge, which is great for hiking. Highly recommend.

Perfect Christmas Getaway!

From the beginning of reserving this property, Karen was extremely helpful and hospitable. We had 10 people, and everyone just loved the accommodations and all the extras that came with it. I highly recommend if you have a big group this is the place to go - you will NOT be disappointed any time of the year!

Great house with all the amenities! Perfect location for a golf trip to Kingwood if you have a large party. We had 14-15 people.

Lovely Mountain Chalet

My friends and I had an awesome stay at Sunset Ridge in Clayton. The home was beautifully appointed and the layout was perfect for our large group. Check in and check out went extremely smoothly and the guidebook Karen provided about the area was very helpful for the days we wanted to venture into town. We came in stressed and left out refreshed! I’m already planning another visit!

Great Getaway Spot!

We stayed for three nights and wish we could have stayed longer! There are plenty of things close by in terms of hikes, wineries, goats on things. But if all you did was stay inside you couldn’t go wrong. Great communication with the host. Comfy, Cozy, plenty of room

Our stay in Clayton, Georgia was absolutely wonderful! The view was simply breathtaking, and the house was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a fantastic time visiting a winery, going horseback riding, and hiking. We're already looking forward to returning in the future, and the warm hospitality made our trip even more special!

Thanksgiving with a View

Our extended family spent Thanksgiving week here and had a wonderful time. We cooked and went out for hikes in the state parks nearby. The house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The host was an excellent communicator as well as very thoughtful. The WiFi worked well and the view out the back was amazing. Highly recommended!

Great house for large family gatherings

This house was great for our extended family vacation. There are lots of comfortable bedrooms and multiple living areas (inside and out) so everyone can spread out and have their space. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table, games, and big tv in the basement. The location near Clayton is great, but the steep, winding road going up to the house can be tricky (especially at night).

Sons Wedding

Our son got married at Chattanooga Belle Farms. House was about 15 mins drive. Beautiful home. Plenty of room for large families. Everything easy to find. Kids and adults loved the s’mores and ping pong. Exceptional host. Many amenities nearby. Highly recommend staying here.
