The hot tub concerns and smoke detector battery issue should have been addressed prior to arrival, and we regret that they affected your experience. We also understand how disruptive it is to experience a hot water outage during a stay, even when caused by unexpected maintenance or utility-related issues. Our team works to respond as quickly as possible in situations like these, and we’re sorry for any frustration or inconvenience caused. Regarding the outdoor chairs, we appreciate you bringing that to our attention and will ensure they are inspected and replaced as needed to maintain both comfort and safety for future guests. Regarding the ladybugs, seasonal insects can occasionally enter mountain homes during colder months, but we understand how unsettling that can be and will have pest control review the property.
