Welcome to The Bear's Den at Eagle Crest Resort!
Escape to Central Oregon for a fun and relaxing vacation. This home is located in the Desert Sky development in Eagle Crest Resort. Eagle Crest Resort is a full-service destination resort located just outside the city of Redmond on 1700 acres in the high desert of Central Oregon. Nestled against the majestic Cascade Mountains near Bend, Oregon, Eagle Crest boasts over 300 days of sunshine each year with an annual rainfall of less than nine inches.

Our home features three bedrooms and two full baths. It's beautifully decorated, very clean and has everything you need for a spectacular vacation. The master suite includes a comfortable Tempurpedic bed with black-out curtains and the kid's themed guest bedroom is perfect for sleeping, watching movies and playing games. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare gourmet meals with a new gas barbeque on the back patio. This house features all the upgrades with hardwood floors, granite and tile throughout. Enjoy a relaxing evening after a fun day of adventure in the large private hot tub or sit back and enjoy a movie from our extensive collection. (All the bedrooms have a TV.)

Eagle Crest Resort has three world class golf courses for avid golfers and beginners alike. Enjoy the three different sports centers that include three outdoor swimming pools and one indoor swimming pool, spa, exercise room, bike rentals and many activities for the whole family. Enjoy 15 miles of hiking and biking trails throughout the resort. Central Oregon has some of the best hiking, climbing and biking the Northwest has to offer. Take advantage of the great winter sports during your stay with Mt. Bachelor and Hoodoo Ski Resorts just 45 minutes away and enjoy cross country skiing and sledding. Enjoy restaurants, shopping and outdoor events just minutes away in Redmond ,Sisters.

Love The Bears Den

We have been coming to this beautiful home for over 10 years. We look forward to our fall golfing trip and staying at this beautiful home. Earlene and Bob are awesome hosts which makes the stay even better.

Great vacation home!

Wonderful stay

What a sweet home. It had all that we needed for toddlers and a three month old. Lots of toys, games, and books! The kids were never bored. This is the best stocked home we have stayed in. The host pays attention to detail and seems to love hosting! We had a wonderful stay!

Great weekend

Property was very nice, clean, and well equipped. Neighborhood was quiet and great views of some Cascade mountains isn't far away. Had no issues.

Eagle Crest Bear's Den still our favorite

Not our first stay, we appreciate the cleanliness, attention to the property, and the thoughtfulness of the property managers. Check in is a cinch, the area is quiet and beautiful, and once you've arrived, it's as if you've moved into your own house. We hope to stay again!

Great place!

Our family - 2 kids and 4 adults. Were in town for the state basketball tournament. The house was perfect! And we really enjoyed the hot tub! We plan to stay at the Bears Den again!

Sister-In-Laws Girls Weekend

We had a great weekend. This is the best stocked VRBO home we have stayed in. There were so many thoughtful touches. It felt so cozy and homey. We will definitely stay here again.

Unique and Welcoming!

The owners really put their personal touches all over the home with wine, pistachios, chocolates, and a surprise in the freezer which my daughter devoured! We loved the welcome note. The home was clean and well stocked! Thank you! We will definitely be staying here again!

Top Notch Get Away!

This is a great vacation home, very well furnished and there was lots of room! A quiet area of Eagle Crest but still close to all the activities. Sister's shopping just down the road a few miles. We felt right at home as we walked in.

Very Pampered Experience!!

This property is definitely on our short list of places we love. Owners are very prompt at answering questions- within minutes. They REALLY took care of us. Very clean, relaxing, and private. We can't wait to go back! This place is also setup very well for families with young kids.

Loved our stay!

Great for Families!

We loved this little house! We stayed with our two kids, age 8 & 3, and they both LOVED the children’s room. So many kids games, toys, and even robes in the closet! Kitchen, and everything else, more than well stocked. There were so many thoughtful touches that just made the stay that much better. Would recommend to groups of all ages!

We go to Eagle Crest every year and this is the best house we have stayed at. Bob and Earlene are the most amazing hosts who have thought of everything! The house is immaculate and well stocked! A place of relaxation!

This is our second or third year renting this beautiful home located in Eagle Crest. There isn't anything you need once you walk into the door! The beds are sooooo comfortable; the kitchen well stocked; the hot tub enjoyable; and most of all, the owners make you feel like family! Once you stay here, you will want to return again and again. We always enjoy the welcoming "gifts" left in obvious and the less obvious places in the house! Thanks Earlene and Bob!

Perfection in Eastern Oregon

This was our third visit to the Bear's Den. We have found it to be the most relaxing home we have ever rented. Each and every time we come down from Washington, we have found our time here to be top notch. This time we took a day for relaxing by the pool and walking the trails around Eagle Crest. The second day was spent exploring Smith Rock and the John Day Painted Hills and then enjoyed the near 80 degree day in April by heading to the pool again. The Bear's Den is a must for anyone who needs to be pampered on vacation. Everything you need is provided. Bob and Earlene have super hosts and have always been there if questions arose. I wanted to thank them for the wonderful hospitality and allowing us to use their gorgeous home.

Just as great as the first time

Our second journey to Eagle Crest was once again a blessing shared with our children. The accommodations are absolutely perfect. We had a very relaxing time playing games, traveling to a few ghost towns, swimming at the facilities indoor pool. All the amenities of home are at your finger tips. You will never find a cleaner home! Our hosts, Bob and Earlene, are the best homeowners that our family have ever worked with. This is our third we have rented a home for vacation. With such a great property here at Eagle Crest, why would anyone go stay at a hotel. We had not a single issue on either visit. I would recommend this vacation home to all my friends and family. Bring your bikes and tennis shoes, and enjoy all the bike trails and scenery at Eagle Crest Resort and the nearby area. To Bob and Earlene, thank you so much for another wonderful vacation. We will see you again and again.
