This property is amazing. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The couch was comfy. The kitchen was really well stocked and the cabinets had these neat motion activated lights under them. We were thrilled with the house. It was perfect for our girls trip, and we plan to book again for next year.

Great location, large yard

Great location for us on our MTB trip to Bentonville. Kerry was prompt in communication and we enjoyed our time at his place.

Great Space!

We stayed here for a nice place to hang while in town for a baseball tournament with our family and another. Plenty of space for us all, super clean, great quiet location near lots of things to do. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay for bike riders

We loved our time here. Very close to Coler trails. Short drive to Slaughter Pen. We would book here again with its closeness to trails.

Great Spot

If you are local bring family to town or coming to visit Bentonville for the first time with or without mountain bikes, this is a great spot and property!

The house was amazing and huge! Plenty of room to move around, the beds were very comfortable and it was great to have the carport as it rained all 4 days. The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bike Ranch. The home is very spacious and cozy. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable to sleep ,as well as, the room was quiet. We were able to ride our bikes easily to downtown Bentonville . We felt very safe in this home and the Hosts communicated with us so well. We would definitely stay there again!!!

Bentonville Getaway

So we had a wonderful experience at Kerry's property. The property was relaxing and tranquil. Just what we needed after walking museums all day. We would definitely stay at Kerry's again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great access to Coler!

Great stay

Very comfy and cozy stay in Bentonville. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of seating in living room. Kitchen stocked with anything needed to prepare your own meals. Home just a few minutes away from lots of dining options. Owner very quick to respond to any questions.

Great access to Coler

This VRBO is clean with plenty of room to relax. Great access to Coler by bike and a quick 3 minute drive into to downtown Bentonville.
