Everything was fabulous!! The dock was exceptional, the beds were comfortable, easy access, great parking, few steps to dock, kitchen on dock, tv on dock and lots of comfortable seating everywhere. Absolutely nothing to complain about…all pros!! Even very nice, big, enclosed yard for our dog. Very good communication with the host as well. Lots of boat activity which we love! Great water toys! Exceptional!

Suzi was very responsive. We experienced severe storms and power outages during our stay and we were still able to enjoy our vacation. The kayaks, hot tub and fire pit were great and we liked hanging out on the dock. We rented a pontoon and were able to go all over the place due to the great location. Fun vacation with the family!

Our stay was wonderful! The host met us at the house and was very friendly and welcoming. It was obvious she wanted us to move in and enjoy our stay! The house was great - slept two families with big kids easily. The dock is where we spent the majority of our time. It is awesome! The host responded very quickly to one quick question we had during our stay. It was a great weekend with friends. We’d stay again!

The property was excellent. The dock was one of the best we have had. Location great. Only thing to be aware of if taking your boat, due to the on channel location, the water on Thursday afternoon thru Sunday mid afternoon is ROUGH. If docking your boat at the dock, back your boat in and/or bring docking snubbers to protect your boat from the rough waves at the dock. Your boat will appreciate it.

Beautiful house and dock! The sunsets were fabulous. Clean rooms and kitchen and very spacious. Spent a lot of time on the dock, swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. The only issue we had was that it was too rough to keep our boat at the dock. We had to pay over 300 to dock at a marina close by in a calm cove…otherwise we enjoyed long days on the lake exploring.

Great place for a family

This was a great place to stay and the Dock was absolutely awesome with great seating and lots of room to relax and take in the Lake of the Ozarks.

This is truly a great dock! Suzi was very communicative and called us to confirm our plans for arrival and was very responsive to anything we needed. The house is very well stocked with anything you need for cooking meals and grilling. Bonus that the yard is fenced for our pup. Make sure to confirm if you are bringing your own boat and prefer a covered slip - it worked out for us, but they do keep boats there as well. It's easy and close to launch the boat at Mermaid Cove for a small fee. There were plenty of towels and basic supplies like TP, Paper Towels, trash bags, and Ziplocs. The dock is amazing with the refrigerator to keep cold drinks at the dock without having to haul down a cooler or keep running back to the house. The lily pad and kayaks were a big hit with the kids as well as the diving platform. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were - had a hard time getting some of our sleepyheads up in the morning! All in all a fantastic time with family for our first time at LOZ! It was a perfect place for us to spend special times with our children and grandchildren. They enjoyed the availability of the paddle boat and kiyaks, that was so awesome to provide those for enjoyment on the water. The rooms were perfect and were very comfortable for all of us. The view is what stood out the most, opening the blinds to see the beautiful lake view was breathtaking! The hottub was another wonderful amenity that we all enjoyed!Thanks!

Ozarks Trip

The location was great, property was clean, and our friends who stayed there had an awesome time! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot on the lake.

Good morning Dillon. Thank you for booking with us last year. We would like to extend an invitation to book with us again this year and give you a few updates. We have purchased a new 60’x40’ dock. It is all concrete so will be more stable during busy times on the lake. It has an extra slip for guest boats, and a PWC lift. Also has an outdoor kitchen with 2 living areas. We have also remodeled the kitchen. We hope you will consider booking again with us for your vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks. Best, The Boyles.

Everything about this property is great, from the house to the dock. The dock was our favorite spot, we loved hanging out there as a family.

Perfect vacation

This was much better than han pictures alluded too. Such a beautiful home, well worth the price of admission. Ample room for a small family reunion, and a place I would love to return too.

Great lake house

This house is located on the lake in a quiet cul de sac. It's very comfortable for family vacation. It has all the amenities of a vacation home. It has a private dock, which is great for swimming, fishing and boating.

Family fun

We had such a great weekend. We basically spend all day on that amazing dock. The hosts thought of everything and were completely accommodating.

Most of the remote controls needed new batteries, several light bulbs out. Other than minor things, we would absolutely stay at this property again.

beautiful home and dock

This is a beautiful and very comfortable home. It was cooler than normal and rained off and on, but we were able to enjoy the fire pit, complimentary SMORES, and covered dock. Loved the mini kitchen and tv on the dock; my youngest watched tv while we relaxed and visited. We also checked out the new hot tub, very nice. Great location for watching sunsets, lots of nature to enjoy too.

Family Lake Weekend

This was an amazing property. The home was immaculate and very well stocked. The dock is AMAZING! This is where we all spent most of our time. Will definitely book again! The owner was great to work with!

Seriously, the best.

We had THE best time at Suzi’s place! It is not a lie when they say this is the best dock on the lake. We enjoyed floating off the dock, took in the views, and enjoyed cooking/eating together. We had everything we needed for a super comfortable stay.. the hospitality was truly memorable and we truly can’t wait to come back again. Amazing property, amazing owners, amazing stay!
