Nestled in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks on MM 4.5 of the Gravois Arm, this charming 3-bedroom 3-bath vacation home that sleeps 10 offers a tranquil escape at the Lake of the Ozarks. As a traveler, you'll be delighted by the free high-speed WiFi, the convenient washer and dryer, and the smart TVs. There is space if you need to work remotely. Then step outside and immerse yourself in the stunning lake views, enjoy fishing off the dock or relax on the beach loungers while soaking up the sun. The fully stocked kitchen, allows you to savor delicious home-cooked meals, or enjoy local lake restaurants that are just minutes away by boat or by car. --Many have live music all season long!

Bring your boat and wave runners because the property has a nice two-slip dock with swim deck and a slide for the little ones to enjoy! When it's time to unwind, retreat to the comfortable living room or explore the nearby points of interest, such as the renowned Lake of the Ozarks. With 3 bathrooms, essential amenities like towels and basic soaps, and a baby gate for added safety, this vacation home is designed to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable stay.

We are happy for you to bring your dog. However, the dog must be at least 2 years old and under 50 pounds.

All adult groups--everyone must be at least 30 years old.
Family groups--the guest who is the "renter" must be at least 30 years old.

We absolutely love The Studio. We just finished our 2nd week-long stay and already planning for our 3rd. First, Carol and Mel are wonderful hosts and it’s obvious they take great care of their property. The house and grounds are beautiful, clean, and with all the comforts of home. We have rented several different lake homes throughout the years and have never booked one more than once until now. The fact that we continue to book this property and can’t wait to return each year should tell you all you need to know. You can’t go wrong with The Studio.

Week long lake stay

The property itself was on a beautiful setting overlooking the lake of the Ozarks. Very quiet, peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there outside of a couple of blips of cleanliness and the grill was really in bad shape. We cleaned it up and had a very enjoyable week. Would highly recommend the spot.

Family Vacation

Nice place, good location, good neighbors, close to a grocery store, swimming was awesome. With three families the loft room wasn't as private as we'd hoped but we knew that going in. Overall great place!

Beautiful home, great location, very responsive and accommodating owners. Amazing views and comfortable setting. It is decorated so cute. Caught huge catfish right off the dock. Kitchen was well stocked for fixing meals for large group. Might be time to upgrade pots and pans but other than that, kitchen was great. Would definitely book again.

Perfect family lake house

We stayed with two families of 4 and had an amazing time. The house was perfect with beautiful views of the lake. The kids loved the dock and enjoyed playing and fishing off it. How’s were very helpful. Will definitely be back!

The is a great property with all the whistles and bells described on the website. Carol was easy to work with and made it very easy for our stay. I would recommend this spot.

Memorial Day Fun!

We really enjoyed the view of the house being so close on the water. We laid in bed in the loft and watched the boats go by and a fireworks display. It was a very clean and well kept house and will made some great family memories!

Wonderful Stay!

We had wonderful stay. The home has an amazing view of the lake and the deck is perfect for relaxing along with enjoying the water and view. Saw many bald eagles flying by and other fun wildlife. The home is dog friendly, and they even provided a water bowl/feeding area for the dog. House was well stocked with the items needed for a stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home and enjoy our vacation.

Great House with Great views and amenities

This house was everything we hoped for and more. It’s really well taken care of and thought out for the guests. The dock with slide is a major plus, the kids absolutely loved it. Fishing off the dock was great for the kids, almost every cast and you catch a Bluegill. We really enjoyed our stay and will be looking to book again.

Amazing property!

This was an awesome lake house. We loved the openness of the house. The deck was great and we spent most of our time on the dock. We will reserve this place again same time next year, when boating on the lake it was quiet and relaxing . Thanks carol and Mel!

Perfection on the lake

Just checked out today after staying six nights and have already booked another week next year. We absolutely loved this property, it’s beautiful with all the comforts of home. Everything from the house to the dock was clean and well kept. We book a lake every year and cleanliness is always my number one priority. This house checked that box and many more. The water off the dock is deep and perfect for swimming, floating and fishing. We cannot wait to come back to this property next year. Thank you to the Greggs for sharing their amazing home!

Perfect lakeside home!

Our family of 7 stayed in this lake house for a week and it was perfect. It is in a wonderful spot tucked in a cove yet you could watch boats go by. The rock ledges going into the water and the boat Dick made for a great swimming area and floating on tubes. The house had every thing we needed and is very beautiful! The wrap around deck was amazing to have coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening. The owners were super nice & easy to work with. I cannot recommend this lake home enough!!

Beautiful home in a cozy area of the lake

We have 4 adult children and we had a 4 night 5 day stay and we absolutely loved the place and location. We sat in our saddles off the dock. We fished. We boated. We skied and wakeboarded. Ate at great restaurants, all by boat. Great relaxing trip. Thank you to Carol and Mel for taking such great care of us! Great quiet neighborhood with families and their fun dogs. Fantastic stay!

Fabulous Stay

The house was amazing. Everything was pretty much new, which I personally really like. The layout was great, a huge open living space and kitchen but the rooms provided wonderful privacy. We couldnt hear noise in other areas of the house when in our rooms (walls were not thin which is wonderful). Beds were so incredibly comfortable and the TV’s with app capabilities made it such a comforting stay for our kids. Check in and check out process was a breeze and simple. Thank you!! It was a great weekend full of memories!

Great house with a beautiful view

The house was great! It had lots of seating for our big group. The view of the lake was amazing. The only downside was the driveway, it’s VERY steep. When we were leaving, our minivan couldn’t make it up the hill so we had to empty it, carry everything up the hill, drive it up empty and put everything back in. Other than that, it was a great week!!

We had almost 5" of rain Friday night before you left that washed out most gravel driveways in the Ozarks! I am sorry about that. However, we do know it is a steep and we are in the process of getting bids to make the drive a lot better!

Wonderful House with Amazing Views!

My family and I had an amazing Labor Day weekend in this house. It’s tucked away in a peaceful cove which makes it ideal for floating around the dock. My nephew had a blast sliding down the slide!! The gated private dock was perfect for toddlers and our small dog to be out on without having to worry. My family and I loved the views with all the windows and we were able to see some fireworks at night. :) Host is super friendly and mailed back my mom’s pillowcase she left behind! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Love The Studio!

We stayed three nights and next time will definitely stay longer! Everything about this house was amazing. The photos don’t do it justice with the beautiful view and how bright and cheerful the house is by day. The lighting in the house also brings it to life at night. We had myself, my husband and two daughters, 11 and 13. They adored the loft and separate beds upstairs and the other two bedrooms are wonderful as well. We rented a boat on Friday and spent the day on the dock Saturday. We were blessed with amazing weather but had we not this house is so well equipped with 3 tv’s and space to be stuck inside if needed. The location on the lake was wonderful to be out of the main channel area, we headed slightly north for the girls to tube and felt very safe the entire time with little traffic around us. We definitely saw an uptick in traffic on Saturday but that made for great boat watching. Our girls adored the slide (remember to plug it in for water to flow :) ) We ate mainly at home and the house was so well equipped with anything needed to prep and cook. For two meals though we took the rental boat to Coconuts on Friday and had a 5 minute drive to Lake Burger Saturday and I believe the closest grocery was 15 minutes away so still very convenient. Truly can’t say enough about The Studio. It’s clear it is very well loved and cared for by Mel and Carol and that care is reciprocated by their guests.. I wish all home rentals could be this wonderful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Studio. Highly recommended - we plan to come again next summer. The house is beautiful, well appointed, so clean and organized. Everything you need is there. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The dock was in perfect shape - the water slide the most fun for the kids (9 & 12), swing lovely to sit with a drink and watch the scenery, and the boat bay and lift made it so easy to keep our boat. Nice to not worry about it getting all scratched up! Small bay area was perfect for swimming. We went went out multiple times a day to visit family, tube, boat around... perfect location. The main floor made it easy for my older parents to be with us and participate in most everything. Slope path down to the dock was not slippery at all and mostly easy to navigate. eating outside and just enjoying morning coffee down on the Adirondack chairs was so relaxing. We had storms our first night in and Mel called to check on us. Such nice hosts! They really made everything so easy. Overall best place we have stayed in the Ozarks - you can't beat it! Girls are already asking when we can come back :) Two thumbs up from them is high praise!

We constructed the 2450 sq. ft. home and completed it in 2018. We hope that each person who comes enjoys the house, the view, the water and makes their own memories!
Because of our passion for the arts, we also welcome artists who would like to host retreats. Come teach your skills to other artists and be inspired by the 3-acre timbered lot, the water and our Studio on the Lake!

This property provides you a private setting directly on the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks! This property is on deep water for boating, the Gravois Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks, with an amazing view.

Surrounded by 200-year-old trees, full of dogwoods, oaks, pines, lots of wildflowers will lure you to come and enjoy the beauty of the Ozarks at its best! Dogwood season is the first few weeks in April, and the peacefulness of the lake during the winter is unsurpassed.

If you are needing a quiet place for work/learning, we have fiber high-speed internet that allows you to do it easily from a place with views that can't be beat!

The home offers all the comforts of home.

This home offers two king suites, and two queen beds as well as a pull-out queen sofa with memory foam. A hand blown glass chandelier is the focal point of the main level-beyond the view. The kitchen has custom cabinets, recycled glass counter tops, stainless steal appliances. Overlooking the lake make fixing meals easy!

The wrap around porch can accommodate large family groups. Gates will hold in pets and children alike to give you extra comfort. There are very few steps to the lake, which makes this a perfect place for all to enjoy!

The concrete dock has two slips, one which as a 6000 lb lift and holds up to a 24 ft boat (not for pontoons) and one slip will hold two wave runners. There is also a slide for the kids and Wet Steps to get out of the water on a large swim deck. Enjoy eating on the dock the wrap-around deck and watching the boats that go by!

For the artists who want to come and stay, there are easels available, chairs & tables available.

Studio on the Lake is a smart house, so please bring your own passwords for Netflix, Hulu, etc. Fiber high-speed internet will also extend to the dock.
