Nestled in the beautiful Country Club neighborhood of Southeast Cape Coral, this budget-friendly gem offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Recently enhanced by a new cleaning company and maintenance person in December 2024, we are proud to deliver an improved guest experience.
Enjoy the convenience of a 5-minute drive or 10-minute walk to shops and eateries. The home features a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, an eastern exposure patio perfect for a refreshing swim or morning coffee, and tasteful decorations throughout.

**The Space**
This home provides a perfect blend of affordability and comfort, making it an excellent choice for your vacation. Complete with a private pool, it is an inviting retreat in a desirable area of Southeast Cape Coral. Please note the pool area has a fence and not a pool cage surrounding it, giving it a nice, airy, and open feel.
**Property Highlights:**
- Spacious heated pool with inviting patio furniture on the Eastern exposure deck.
The pool deck area includes six patio chairs, an outdoor dining table, three bar stools, and lounge chairs.
- Weekly pool cleaning services provided every Tuesday (spa is currently non-operational).
- Renovated bathrooms and kitchen (December 2021, with further upgrades in early 2022).
- Tastefully decorated living areas with a smart TV.
- Sleeping arrangements include queen beds in the master and second bedrooms and twin beds in the third bedroom.

Everything was nice and clean. Pool was a great deal we used it a lot. While we there the pool man came to clean it. We were very happy with our host and Vrbo. Thank you!

The inside was nice and clean, however the pictures on the Website of the pool do not show how the pool looks in reality. Yes there was rain, however they left from cleaning 10 minutes before I got there. There was a lot of dirt, and it looked like some mold, the chair covers were dirty, and the pool itself was dirty. If I could rate the pool from 1-10 I would give it a one. I contacted the host, they said they would come to clean it the next day, but they never showed up.

Check in was easy. The pool was nice and warm as requested. The kitchen was well stocked . The area was nice and quiet. A couple of suggestions would be to put tv in each bedroom. Another suggestion would be to add some hooks in the bathrooms for hanging our towels after showering. Would definitely book again.

Great stay!
The place was clean and Alex/Caitline was very easy to reach and accommodated all of our needs! The neighborhood was great and overall was an amazing stay for my spring break trip!

Excellent property Great stay
House was well maintained and inviting had no issues getting in and the stay was comfortable. Plan to stay here again for future visits.

House was clean and was in the perfect location for us. Close to stores, restaurants and the baseball facilities we had to get to. Pool was great and enjoyed coffee by the pool in the mornings. Thank you for sharing your house!!

It is run down. The online photos must be very old. Furniture is worn and sinking in. Patio furniture chairs are all broken and torn. Can't sit on the without a cushion. It looks like there may have been flooding in the house because some floors have damage. Kitchen faucet is loose and wobbles when you move it. There were 4 of us and not even a 4pc set of coffee cups. Both sliding glass doors would not lock and neither would the pass through window over the sink. Pool was suppose to be heated but was only warm the first day we were there. The jets did not work in the spa. Overall very disappointing.

Great location
Perfect set up for our family in an incredible spot. Everything was just a couple miles away. Super easy getting to the house from anywhere.

Property Manager Natalie was on top of everything from check-in to checkout
Keith took care of dealing with 2 things right away and enjoyed talking to him

Pool got cleaned the day before we left, was colder and dirtier most of the stay before. Not enough Towels, tiled floors dirty, made our socks visibly dirty. Not enough toilet paper/paper towels. We went to Target and replenished the rental. Wash machine moldy as sitting in Garage, which will happen in humid Florida, not ideal location being in a garage, we did not use. Internet flaky..used hotspot, seems internet not so secure here. Nice quiet neighborhood, this home has much potential. Happy with our stay otherwise. Beds were cozy. Decor comfy, host made temp really nice for AC and welcoming music on. Really good intent, good stay. We enjoyed our time.

Hello. Thanks for your response! Unfortunately we have to have the washer and dryer in the garage. Maybe you missed the towel closet? We have about 15-20 towels in there and 8 pool towels. Sorry about the pool service, he comes once a week and the heater was on 82. The floors are vacuumed and mopped before every guest so that’s something I will look into! We do supply you with a starter pack for your trip. 2 rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels! Thanks for your review I will look into the internet as well, we do have comcast XFINITY and it’s usually pretty good! Thank you for letting us know! Happy you enjoyed your stay otherwise!

Quick get away
My friends and I had a great time at this house! The property manager was always quick to respond and very helpful. Everything was perfect from the pool to the neighborhood. We would definitely come back!

After visiting for a weekend, I purchased my penthouse in Medellin, Colombia, and realized this country had the friendliest people in the world! The perfect weather was the final factor that made me leave Florida and take the road less traveled, and as Frost says, "that has made all the difference." The penthouse is one of the nicest in Medellin. Fantastic views, easy hills. 10-minute walk to Parque Lleras. Quiet building, friendly neighbors, and excellent mattresses. All the best amenities.
