Everything was great for our trip! House was clean and smelled good, good communication, smooth and easy process getting in and out. Everything was just as described and we had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you

This property, home, was a great stay!!! It was very well equipped with everything you need for a weekend with family, which was our case, to a beach day. It was beautifully furnished. It had ping pong, fooseball table and a basketball game set up in the garage. It really had everything . The host communication was the best I've ever experienced. If I ever find myself back in this area, I will definitely stay here

Wonderful home! Clean Nicky decorated comfortable. Best part was the beds and pillows ! They were by far the best and were certainly an added bonus. Would stay again just to sleep in those beds

We had a few issues, but the owner responded quickly and got everything handled. We were pleased that the house had beach chairs and an umbrella.Overall a good experience.

This is a well thought out layout of this house!Nice beds, nicely upkept house, clean everything!We will be keeping this place in mind for future stays in Cape coral.

The neighborhood is quiet. The home is well kept and clean. The host checked in on us to see if we needed anything. That was nice.

I’m giving this place a 10/10! We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Coral home! The house was super clean and looked exactly like it was advertised, which made for a very comfortable and stress-free stay. The pool was a really nice size for our family and was definitely a highlight of the trip.Overall, we felt the house was a great value for our family. The host was communicative, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. Most importantly, she genuinely went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. That extra level of care really stood out to us.We absolutely enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place! Our kids enjoyed the pool so much! The rooms had tons of space for everyone and the house was supplied with things to make cooking easy for our family.

This was our favorite VRBO yet (and we’ve stayed in a lot)! The hosts are incredibly responsive and great communicators. The kids are still talking about the big pool and my husband and I liked it has a lanai and a very cute and comfortable outdoor seating area to watch the kids. Every room has a nice TV and the most comfortable beds ever! Not just the master bed, every single bed was so comfortable and the best way to end our long vacation days. The house is very clean and we would recommend it to anyone!

Coming in to the house is beautiful, everything is clean and exactly how it is advertised. This house had everything ready available. No need to bring towels, they are already available on site for showers and pool use. There are chairs, an umbrella, a cooler all for you to use on your beach adventure. The beds are big and very comfortable. Washer and dryer on site is a huge plus with wet bathing suits. The bathrooms come with shampoo, conditioner and soap if you find that you had forgotten yours, and even if you still wanted to buy your own it's in a very convenient location for all stores. Food is the only thing you need to really purchase to fully enjoy this home. Again stores are just around the corner. It's about a 20 minute drive to north fort myers beach and about a half hour drive to sanibel. Do not question it, just book it, and enjoy your stay! I promise it won't be disappointing.

This place met all our needs! The beds were comfy, the pool had all the floats and amenities we needed, the kitchen was more than well stocked with pots and pans plus some spices. I’m so glad there was an ice maker as well. The kids had fun in the game room and they have an air conditioner in there to cool off the room. The house is centrally located and was very easy to get to and access. The neighborhood was very quiet and was safe. The owners communicated very well and wanted to make sure we were doing well. I’m so glad all the beach things were there including an umbrella and chairs. We left an umbrella sand screw to the collection of items. There was plenty of cleaning supplies and all the appliances are new and work really well. Will definitely be back again! Such a beautiful location if I must say!
