Close to the beach. Cottage was very clean and perfect for 2 people. Bathroom is a little small, but would stay again!

It was a charming little place with cable, wifi and ac. It was right down the street from several restaurants. I enjoyed myself.

Great stay at pine point

Cottage is great. Clean and comfortable for 2 adults and small child. Location can’t be beat. 2 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying here if you want a nice Maine experience. Also plenty of food options within 5 minute walk.

Great location

Location is perfect and allows you to take advantage of everything the area has to offer-beach is only steps away and can walk to many restaurants. Cottage is cute but small for 3 people - would be perfect for 2 people since a/c unit is in living room and you need to keep the bedroom door open to take advantage of the air.

Loved the little cottage! The bed was very comfortable as was the living room. It's right across the street from the beach. We took our bottle of wine and some cups out and enjoyed the sunset more than once. Perfect location!

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

This was our second time staying at "The Moorings". Super squeaky clean, and well curated decor in every room. Cozy and intimate. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, everything seemed brand new. We love the short walk to the beach and local seafood restaurants. We were lucky to have sunrise and low tide coincide to enjoy an early morning walk to the exposed point. We'll be back!

Pine Point Beach

We had a great stay. The cottage was super cute. Especially the sanddollar wallpaper in the bathroom. Years ago we had stayed in the cottages on the other side of the big house which they have subsequently knocked down and built a house on the property. That area doesn't change and feels like home. My mom was with me and lived on Ross Road for a number of years. t Thank you. we plan to visit again.

Jason & Jacqueline, we enjoyed our stay at the cottage very much. Just to mention the exterior door handle worked to open the cottage door, however when pulling it to leave it fell off in our hand. Think it was missing a screw, just a FYI. Thanks again, Linda & Ernie

L’emplacement est parfaite, près de la plage et des restos . La maison est très jolie et coquette. Par contre, nous l’avons trouvé petite pour 2 adultes. Et à l’extérieur,il n’y a aucune intimité ,c’est un peu décevant.et pas de terrain qu’une petite table patio . Mais en général,tout est bien.

Quaint cottage (lors of bees!)

Overall, we enjoyed the proximity to the ocean and the cottage. We wouldn't pick this cottage again. One of us is deathly allergic to bee stings and there was no mention of a bush with a swarm of bees next to the front door. It made it stressful. menti

Très beau séjour

Tout était très bien. Quelques petits ajouts qui amélioreraient l’expérience pour des personnes qui cuisinent: plus de linges à vaisselle et une serviette à main dans la cuisine de même qu’un poêlon plus grand.

Recinnecting

Spent 3 days with my husband. Lots to do in the area even in off season! Beautiful beach❤️. The property states oceanfront waterfront which is really not accrurate - the beach is across the street through the woods you cannot see the water from the unit. Also they advertise a fireplace but no screen on the fireplace nor extra wood so we were to believe it was just for show as their were no directions on use. Unit is decorated nicely - small but cute perfect for a couple - had everything you need. Bushes could use a trimming as it was very windy one morning And the branches were banging against the house . Enjoyed our time away ! Thank you

Perfect long weekend

We stayed at East Chop cottage for a long weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. The weather was nearly perfect and the cottage was a delight. It's both cozy and airy, with all the amenities needed. The location couldn't be more perfect - just across the street from the beach and you can hear the ocean from inside the house. And the hosts were very responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy get-away

We had a wonderful time staying at this rental. Not only is it cute and cozy, it is amazingly close to beaches galore. We are looking forward to doing it all again sometime soon!

Glorious getaway and retreat

This quaint and comfortable cottage was perfectly appointed and in an excellent location. Wonderful mattress for sleep. I was able to do all that I hoped for. I walked miles on the beach, hiked the Eastern Trail and went downhill skiing. I felt safe and cozy in the cottage and experienced some much needed so.litude.
