We had a wonderful stay at Jason’s cottage. The cottage has everything you need and perfect for 2 people. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. Was great to have the AC as we had some warm weather. Would definitely stay again!

Can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was at Jason’s cottage. Simple check-in, great communication w the host, house was clean and well-appointed. Plenty of towels and the on-site laundry was a huge plus. The a/c kept it comfy. Best part is how close it is to the beach! Definitely recommend!

This adorable cottage was just right for our needs. All of the rooms are quite tiny, but the space works surprisingly well. The kitchen has everything you need, including paper towels, dish soap, plastic wrap, all things you don’t want to buy while you’re on vacation. the couch and the bed were very comfortable. The TV was easy to operate. The shower stall is tiny, but provides a good shower. We would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great stay at this cottage. It is so well appointed and tastefully decorated. The size was just right for two people. The air-conditioning came in handy during our stay as it was unseasonably warm. It is a short walk to the beach and we were there all the time. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was fabulous. We needed to reach out to the owner for a couple of small things and he was very responsive. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend this cottage. Thanks for a great stay!

The location of this cottage is excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach in a quiet residential area, this is what you're paying for. The cottage itself is good, but not great. With a few upgrades it could really shine. The shower is tiny, think broom closet. Even installing one of those curtain rods that curve outward would help, giving a few more inches of space in such a small shower would make a dramatic difference. Interaction with the manager (owner?) Jason was very good. There was a large bush near the cottage door, making entry and exit difficult. I texted him about this and two days later it was trimmed back! Thank you Jason.

Perfect Pine Point Cottage

This rental was perfect for a few day stay in Pine Point. Great location, loved the outdoor table for meals, and host has everything you need for a fun day at the beach. We will definitely rent again!

This very cute cottage’s proximity to the beach was excellent. It had all the necessary amenities and very easy access at check in. The owner Jason was extremely gracious with all our requests. Would highly recommend this cottage.

The cottage is so nice. Easily accessible to beach and restaurants in pine point! Very walkable. The owner, Jason, is very helpful and quick to respond.

Perfect for Two, Excellent location

Lovely, cozy , immaculate cottage equipped with everything necessary and just a two-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Jason is a wonderful host and replied immediately to my inquiries which was much appreciated . This was our first visit to Pine Point Beach, and we look forward to visiting again!
