Welcome to CASA-la Solatine, a superb, comfortable and beautifully furnished little loft of 35 m2 + 10 m2 on the mezzanine. Ideally suited for a couple with two children or a maximum of three adults, it is located at the back of a Provençal-style villa with a large private space of over 100 m2 in front of the accommodation with deckchairs, gas barbecue, garden furniture, parasols , tables and chairs, nestled in a green setting on the hill of Aramon, 10 km from Avignon, France. This carefully arranged and air-conditioned space offers a perfect blend of charm and functionality, making it an ideal retreat for solo travelers, couples or small families looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway in the South of France, near Avignon and close to Saint-Rémy de Provence, Arles, Uzès, Nîmes.

This small loft is located in an idyllic spot, between scrubland and a village with all amenities (1.5 km), offering a magnificent 360 ° view of a typically Provençal environment. Kilometers of scrubland are available to visitors from the accommodation, walks and mountain biking without needing to take the car

Its private terrace with a barbecue facing the pine forest and its swimming pool (shared with the owner) make it a true haven of peace, perfect to fully enjoy sunny days. Whether for breakfast on the terrace, a nap in the shade of the pines, or a refreshing dip after a day of exploring, everything is in place for a calm and pleasant stay. You will also appreciate the proximity to the centre of Aramon, with its shops, market, and typical Provençal streets.

The open-plan living and sleeping area includes a quality, comfortable double bed (140 x 200), an electric leather recliner sofa, and a flat-screen television, the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the countryside. Decorative touches such as blue cushions, artificial greenery along the ceiling, and warm terracotta floor tiles give the apartment a charming Mediterranean ambiance. Two single beds (90 x 190) in the mezzanine are also available to accommodate children or additional guests.

At the heart of this little loft is a modern and fully equipped kitchen, designed with light wooden furniture and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guests will find a fridge with freezer compartment, gas cooktop, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and compatible Nespresso capsule machine.
Outside: a table with 4 chairs, loungers, parasols, a gas barbecue and garden lounge on the terrace of more than 100 m², perfect for making the most of an exceptional outdoor setting!

The bathroom is compact but cleverly designed, with spotless white tiles, a shower, toilet, and sink.

Located in the picturesque village of Aramon, CASA-La Solatine is perfectly situated for travellers wishing to discover the delights of southern France. The property is ideally located less than 15 minutes by car from Avignon and the Pont du Gard, and just 30 minutes from Uzès or Saint-Rémy de Provence, as well as from the countless villages, markets and charming vineyards scattered across the Provençal countryside. The sea and major cities are one hour away: Saintes-Maries de la Mer, Le Grau du Roi, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Montpellier.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
