Sombrero Lighthouse is like swimming in an aquarium.  Exquisite!
This beautiful and spacious home can get you there quickly has Sombrero Light is a couple miles offshore by boat.  If you are wanting a sandy beach Sombrero Beach about half a mile away from this home. 
Deep water dockage with boating access to the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico thru Sister's Creek or Boot Key Harbour.  Restuarants and Fuel docks are located in Boot Key Harbour area. 
This home has two floors of spacious living.  Spacious outdoor living, Nice Size Pool. 
100 ft of usable Dock with 4 foot draft. 
New Construction home with Open floor plans and spacious rooms. 
As you walk in the front door you have an open concept living areas with Open Living room, Kitchen and dining areas. 
Kitchen bar with 4 stools, outdoor dining on the deck right off the kitchen. 
Living room and each bedroom has its own TV.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath.  The Second bedroom has a queen size bed.
