Sea Renity~ Large 3/2 SFH, 30ft dockage, Private pool, Hot tub & Huge game room

Welcome to our lavishly appointed, open floor plan, 3/2 Single Family Home with water views from the living room and balcony. Easy boating access, less than 10 minutes from the Ocean. Seas the day and the evening breeze while you watch the sunset from the wraparound balcony.

The master has a queen-sized mattress and an in-suite bathroom with a tub/shower. The guest room has a queen bed and the other guest room has two full beds. There are 2 queen pull out sleeper sofas in the living room. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV as well as one in the living room and one in the game room.

This home has dockage for a 30ft boat, water, electric and a fish cleaning station at the dock, a wonderful in ground swimming pool (20x12) in which you can heat during the winter for an additional fee and a covered hot tub. There is a bait freezer, propane BBQ, plenty of parking for your vehicles and a boat trailer as well. The large game room downstairs has a refreshments refrigerator, a billiard table, foosball table, table tennis and a bar area as well as a 65” TV to watch the games! The home comes fully equipped for your stay, WIFI, Cable TV, table seating for 8 and bar seating for 6, outdoor seating as well. A pack-n-play is provided for your convenience as well as a children’s area off of the living room.

We do make exceptions for some pets with approval. There will be a pet fee paid in addition to your rental fees. Please contact host prior to bringing a pet for approval.

Absolutely no smoking in the home.

Private, very roomy fishing paradise

We loved how spacious and private the property was! Both upstairs and downstairs were well furnished and comfortable with so much room for everyone and all of our stuff! We fish and dive, so all of the gear was comfortably stored outside and downstairs. The mangroves gave you backyard privacy you don’t find in the Keys. Our 30 foot boat is probably the biggest you could put at the dock- it was very nice to have power and water at the dock and fish cleaning station. The living areas were spacious and perfect for gathering. Beds were comfortable, neighbors were nice, no late night music. The roosters get up early- if you don’t I’d bring a white noise machine or a set of earplugs.

This was by far our favorite place we have stayed in the Keys. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The house was very clean, comfortable and as advertised or better! I would highly recommend this property.

Our host Katie was amazing. The house was everything we were hoping for and the kids really enjoyed the pool and game room. There were plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy and the kitchen/grill provided everything needed to prepare dinners in. The view from the upper deck was beautiful. Plenty of towels and linens for all of us.

Great stay

We've rented this property for several years. It always meets our expectations. Very clean and comfortable. Katie is very quick to respond to any inquiries. The game room is fun for young and old. Love the pool and hot tub after a long day of exploring the Keys.

A private get away.

We loved this place. It was quiet and peaceful. We loved the pool and the dock. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. It’s close to every thing you need. A lot within walking distance.

Great Kid Friendly House

We loved that the house had a large pool, hot tub, giant game room and even toddler toys and accessories for our 2 year old. We loved kayaking and fishing off the dock. The central location of the house was great for going North or South to explore the Keys.

Relaxing adult vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The description is accurate. The house was close enough to to Keywest to take a day trip. We spent a lot time at the house relaxing by the pool or in the hot tub. The dock was beautiful and we even saw a manatee swimming around. Would definitely stay there again!

Vacation 2024.

Amazing place with great location. House was clean and neighbors are very friendly. Family had an amazing time and can’t wait to return. Only complaint was neighbor played loud music until wee hours of the morning.

Paradise

The house is pristine and lovely. The pool and yard is spectacular for the hot days! We used the game room daily for ping pong tournaments. Very nice restaurants within1-2 miles, even closer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

New Year’s 2025

We had a wonderful visit. The home was perfect for our teen boys with a full game room, pool, and hot tub. Beautiful view of the canal each morning. Very close to 7 Mile bridge walkway and some of our favorite Keys restaurants. We vacation in the Keys several times a year and have done so for nearly a decade. The house is set within a very convenient location in regards to its centrality within the Keys.

Fabulous Week!

The home was spacious - Lots to do! Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room! The convenience of the dock where we could leave the boat in the water was the BEST- especially since our primary focus for this trip was fishing and lobstering. Kitchen/Dining layout with huge island really kept everyone engaged. Views of the water from the porch were perfect! Highly Recommend!

Family vacation

The house wasn’t cleaned well. There was a “smell”. There was plenty of room but for the price it should have been pristine. Also the downstairs is completely separate from the upstairs which is fine but for families with children just know it’s a completely separate entrance.
