The Disney gates are 15 minutes away, and Universal is a 25-minute drive. World-class golf courses and multiple shopping centers are within 10 minutes.

This two-story townhome sleeps 10 guests in four bedrooms, each with a Roku TV.

Find comfort in the primary suite, fitted with a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

A second suite offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a full-size trundle bed underneath. The third bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

A half bath is an added convenience.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
