We had a wonderful stay. The communication was amazing, Maria was available to reply to any questions we had, along with her checking in on us while we were there. We stayed for a week and found it very comfortable. We appreciate that they listed what items they supply upfront so we were able to bring, and shop, for the extras that were needed. We would definitely stay here again. Definitely a family friendly place!

This was a lovely home, more than big enough for a family with two small children and a couple of dogs. It is so close to everything we wanted or needed and the area was quiet and safe for our toddlers. Dog walking was easy and safe, lots of potty spots. Liked the added safety of the security gate, made us feel safe our first time travelling to Florida as a family of four. We booked the home close to the rental where our parents and friends were staying and easily joined them daily for outings or just hanging around by the pools. It was a very positive experience and we loved the area and the units here. Would definitely stay again. It had enough baby gear so we didn’t have to over pack to keep our one year old comfortable and safe and the other unit with our family had the same gear so we could safely leave the kids with them for a few nights. Really good experience, house was neat and tidy when we arrived, easy to check in into, we had gate passes and house codes the day before we left for our drive and it made life so much easier knowing we didn’t have to stop at an office to pick up keys or gate passes like some other places we have stayed. Would stay here again when we come back.

My family and I stayed at the Themed Mickey Bedroom at Solterra.The house was beautiful neat and very clean.My children enjoyed the pool and the decoration in all the room was amazing.We enjoyed this home and definitely would stay again.

Great property...

We had a great time at this property. The only issue was that the listing said it was pet-friendly, but at check-in, I had to sign a contract stating that pets are not allowed. This was confusing and made me worry about having problems with my pets. There were also signs inside the property saying no pets, which led my family to think I was breaking the rules. I suggest updating the listing to avoid this confusion. Other than that, the property is great and the manager was very helpful.

Not recommended

While the host was fantastic, responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with—there were quite a few downsides to this rental. All six beds were incredibly uncomfortable, easily some of the worst I’ve ever slept on. The cleanliness was a major issue: there was hair in the shower, boogers (or what looked like) on the walls, shampoo or a similar product left on the counter, and visible mold or mildew on the bathroom fan.Supplies were also minimal for a week-long stay.. only two trash bags and two tiny dish pods were provided. The pool alarm was incredibly frustrating. You have about three seconds to get in or out before it starts screaming a high-pitched alarm, and you have to push a button every single time you enter or exit.While the listing made the location sound ideal, the constant traffic at the security gate, even around midnight, made it more of a hassle than a perk.Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this vacation home. I wish I had spent a little more for a cleaner, more comfortable, and better-maintained option.

Room , floors and inside pool very clean, quiet place , spacious and rules easy to follow, close to Walmart and Seven 11 plus others places for eating , security at all times and very clean outside of the house, loved this place

We enjoyed staying at this house and it worked great for our vacation/work trip. A few things worth mentioning: - the description says garage parking and lake view. Those are false- while Maria is very quick to reply to questions, but checkin info was confusing. It said I'd get an "epass" by email but she said I didn't need that because our names were on the listing. How am I to know? - I also had to ask her for door code. Not sure how she expected me to get in without it.- house needs a good dusting/deep clean. Carpets and couch have seen better days. Could use paint but, I get that renting is hard on a house. Beds were very clean. TV was impossible to use. Very confusing and just very slow. Silverware is all mismatched dollar store quality (would have liked at least the quality I'd be using in my home and this house is a bit more luxe than my own home, in decor at least, so the amenities didn't match) there's no baking sheets or oven gloves- resort pool and gym are NOT included! I hate that they don't just clearly state this. There is a one time fee of around 35 US. Minimal, but not expected- AC didn't work great upstairs. Maria said she'd send someone over, we never heard from her about it after. - house is not close to much. Nearest Walmart is 21min away- no storage for clothes in "kids" rooms- no washcloths anywhere. Bought our own to at least wipe counters- Beds were comfortable- beach/pool towels provided, minimal toilet paper, had to buy on 2nd day in
