Had everything we needed for a good stay. The grounds themselves are a bit beat up, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying the trip. Very close to Dollywood and the main strip. Would stay again.

The property is very old and outdated.It had a very bad smell. The sofa bed washorrible and I ended up in the recliner.The hall bathroom upstairs didn’t flush well and we didn’t use it.The balcony was dirty and had a lot of spider webs.This property needs a complete renovation.

While the cabin does have some older features, it should still be clean, comfortable, and properly maintained. We are particularly concerned about the odor, sofa bed, bathroom plumbing, and balcony conditions you mentioned. We will be personally inspecting these areas and addressing anything that needs attention. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and regret that your stay was disappointing.

Perfect location about 5 minutes or less from the Parkway and Dollywood. The condo was clean but the carpet in the upstairs could use a good cleaning. Communication with the host was great. We would stay here again.

Nice clean rental and host was great to reply back to any questions. Location was good and accepts pets which was great for us.

Nice place for six people. Two balconies. Two bedrooms are upstairs. Nice size kitchen and dinning table with six chairs. Went for 4th of July and park was 1.5 miles from apartment, so we walked to the park.

The good: secluded, very spacious, close proximity to everything, kitchen well stocked with everything you need, large master shower, and multiple balconies. The not-so-good: floors were pretty filthy, low water pressure from showers and toilets, pool was under maintenance for our entire duration and not enough blankets. Overall, we had a lovely first time visit to pigeon forge and glad we found this property.

My only dig on the property was the lack of outdoor lighting in the parking area and the trash cans close to the houses remained full for entire stay. Both of which the owners have little to no control over. Other than that we enjoyed our time there. Better than average value.

From the time we booked till we left, Walt was great about communicating. The condo was so cozy and quaint.. my kiddos loved the mutiple balconies. One overlooked dollywood amusement park and you xould see the people riding lightning rod. We loved that its not far from all the fun things to do in the area, but still quiet enough to relax. We will definitely be renting again from Walt.
