Very nice apartment. Great location for our long weekend with our family. The office was quick to respond to our messages. Will consider staying in this property again when in the area.

Lots of updates needed, there’s noticeable leaks in the ceiling and holes in walls. Good place to stay if you’ve got a pet but if you’re looking for something special, this is not it.

The location is excellent.The Furniture and Rugs are worn and should be replaced.Several light bulbs were not working.It is pet friendly.With a little updating and maintenance, would be very comfortable.The price is reasonable, would pay a little more if updated.

Property was very close to everything we wanted to do, but still felt private and remote. Was surprised at how large the place was! Had a great stay and would definitely stay here again in future.

We love staying here!! We come to Pigeon Forge at least 3 times a yearand have stayed a year, this is our 2nd time staying here and we love it!!! The place is clean a d very well take. Care of. The host Sammy is wonderful about checking in to see if everything is ok and i f you need anything. I also love that it is pet friendly!!

Very clean and spacious. Great location, quiet and secluded feeling, but close to the Parkway. Best of both worlds!

Ordered this property so my kids can enjoy the indoor pool, but unfortunate the host forgot to mention that the pool has no water in it. Otherwise the place is good for the value.

Condo was clean and nice, but it definitely has wear and tear from age. The bedroom doors all rub the frames horribly, the front door and back door take some figuring out to line up the lock to actually lock the doors. The showers in both bedrooms are kind of dingy looking from age. The spave itself is extremely sparce and empty. Very, very few decorations of any kind and no real cozy home feel. It was a decent place, but it feels like the intention is more "you'll be out more than here, so it can look like this". For that it is, the price is too much for what we got, in our opinion.
