This modern 4- bedroom 3 bath house is in an ideal location just 1 mile from the beach, outdoor restaurants, and shopping centers. The premises is equipped with central air, a washer + dryer, as well as WiFi. It is newly remodeled and furnished with a spacious kitchen. Way better than your average hotel experience. There's nothing like having the feel of your own home while on vacation

good location

we selected this location as we were here for a work event at Mercato and it was very conveniently located for us. The property was good, everything worked well for us and the host was quick to respond to any questions.

Beautiful Naples property

House was wonderful, and very clean. Home owner was immediately responsive when we did have questions. Great price, beautiful house, yard, and neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely use this property again for our future visits!

Pleasant stay in Naples, Fl.

In spite of an initial difficulty with the internet connection which according to our host was unusual, as it was, since it fixed by itself a bit later, we had a pleasant stay and be able to accomplish our tasks as planned.

Great property for golf week

As advertised with convenient location to all of Naples. Neat and clean and all pics are accurate with rooms and amenities as advertised. very responsive owner for questions and help needed. We will rent again

Wonderful Stay in Naples, FL

This property was a perfect fit for our family of 6. The house was clean and welcoming upon arrival. My only complaint was that two of the TVs had Fire Stick but they didn’t have remotes and one was missing a charger. The host was kind and responded to my questions promptly. My family would happily stay at this property again.

College visits end up in South Florida

This place was great. The owner communicated well and the location was perfect for us. Close to Marco Island and Downtown Naples and beaches. Very clean and the beds and showers were amazing. Well kept highly recommend for anyone looking to rent in the area

Great Location but not comfortable.

We had a three week stay at the property. The checkin was easy. The location was great. We had a couple of issues and the owner responded quickly. We do appreciate David being generally easy to work with. A few items that were missing in the house he got to us pretty quickly. The main drawbacks to the property for us were that the beds were extremely uncomfortable and we were only able to control the temp of the house between 74-78 degrees. We eventually placed the mattress on the floor to even be able to sleep. When I contacted the owner about the thermostat he told me he hasn’t had a complaint in the past and that’s the temp he keeps his own place. All of us were so hot every night. The beach equipment is left outside on the side of the house and isn’t in very good condition anymore due to the exposure. The straps of all the chairs are broken.

Very nice property walking distance to beach. Good central location near shopping & restaurants.

Overall the experience was good. The property is very new on the inside and kept clean. Beds could be a little more comfortable.
