Newly Renovated Condo with two new full bathrooms! Set on the 2nd hole of Minerals golf course. Minutes from the Mountain Creek Ski area, snow tubing, water park and 6 premier golf courses. Our unit is located in a quiet building which is perfect for families with 24 hr security. We recently spent over 40K on renovations, the unit is in fantastic condition with new bathrooms, flooring, carpeting, most of the furniture is new and we would like to keep it that way. Absolutely no parties or guests other than those listed on our contract. Hopefully this works for you if not you may want to choose another listing.

My family and i felt really comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice, safe and quiet. Felt like a second home. It had everything that we needed. Steve was very helpful with our arrival. We were in contact with him very late at night because our flight was delayed but he took care of everything to be ready for us to enter through front entrance security and to the property itself. Thank you Steve! Will stay again for sure.

This was a great stay. We were visiting Sussex County to attend a local festival, and this place was easy to get to, just off Route 94, which is one of two major arteries in the area. Steve was very responsive an thorough with check in process and info about the unit and the community. Plenty of parking (2 car max), check in was smooth, everything was sparkling clean & worked as expected, coffee and snacks made it feel like home. The building is a row of 12 upstairs and downstairs flats, each with private outside entrances. Patios and decks at the back have nice privacy, a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee. We were out most of the time, but had we wanted to stay in, the hosts have board games and puzzles galore, and smart tvs in the living room and bedrooms. At the bottom of the hill is the Minerals Hotel and Resort, with Kites Restaurant, a few minutes north on 94 is Mountain Creek Ski Resort & Water Park, and plenty of other things to do and places to eat nearby.Great location, beautiful setting, cozy, well-maintained place, lovely hosts!

Spacious and clean home. Conveniently located near mountain creek ski resort. Also very close (located at the entrance of the community) to mineral springs spa resort if you're interested in a day trip to the spa without having to pay the resort nightly costs. Plenty of restaurants close by and supermarket 10 mins away. Loved staying here and would definitely come back.

Keyli and her family were great guests! Their daughter eight year old Dulce left an adorable note and a two page book about her stay. She liked the spiral staircase and BIG bed and much she liked her new house for two days! I sure hope they come back sometime, I will be sure to leave extra snacks and probably ring her Ice cream!

This location is outstanding! My family and I had a wonderful stay..there was plenty of room for everyone..the condo was clean and comfortable..There is everything you need to feel at home and more. The location is quiet and set back up the mountain off the main road. The gated community provides a safe and worry free stay.The bathrooms are very new and have awesome showers!! We felt very at home here and comfortable. Will hope to rent again sometime in the near future!! But in warmer weather lolThank you for a great weekend Steve!!

Steve & his place were AMAZING!!It was home away from home for sure! It looked just like the photos…Amazing rainfall shower heads (we didn’t even know were there from photos, a wonderful surprise!) It had everything that you would have at home full hand soaps, shower & laundry soaps, spices, variety of K-cups, oil, toaster all oven/air fryer, even a nutri-bullet for protein shakes. Bedding & linens super clean…the King size bed & pillows upstairs…you just melted into…fabulous!! Literally like sleeping on a cloud.We cannot say enough good things about our experience..we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again in a heartbeat! Even Jonathan the downstairs neighbor was super cool, lol. THANK YOU so much Steve & crew. Your team work shows in the care you out into the condo.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great stay. The host was helpful and the logistics were very smooth. The unit was very clean and well-maintained. It was very well equipped and we appreciated the basket of snacks left for us! We would definitely come back for another stay!

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, and immaculate condo. Most of all, it truly had all the comforts of home and was convenient to everything. Great for families, couples, or anyone looking to get away. We hope to come back again soon.

Quick golf trip

This condo is perfect for a few buddies heading out to Crystal springs to play some golf for a few days. Would highly recommend!

Great stay

We had a nice time there in Steve’s condo. It was close to the slopes, clean, and freshly remodeled. We would certainly stay there again in the future. Steve maintained excellent communication with us the entire time.

Owner was very communicative. House was clean. The only thing that was an extreme nuisance was an infestation of Asian Beetles. They look like lady bugs but are not. We were freaked out by them and my little daughter was petrified. Apparently, they are common in that location.

Wedding at Perona

Steve is a fantastic host!! Beautiful location, very peaceful out in nature! If you aren’t a fan of stairs, this may not be the place for you but we had a lovely visit!
