Host was very communicative and checked in with us during our stay. Everything was clean and in good order. We would stay again if we come back up this way.

A great 2bdrm/2ba loft location in a CC setting. The entry is gated security for added travel safety. The loft was clean, nicely updated and spacious. All the amenities were there for the kitchen, bedrooms and baths. It is on the 2nd floor with a very nice woodlands view from the FR and deck. The host was exceptionally easy to reach with questions. For convenience a spa/gym and restaurant are located on the CC grounds. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area.

Property was okay for what we needed. Not the cleanest. Walked in and immediately saw that the garbage can was not wiped down. Kitchen surfaces also not clean. Otherwise bedding and bathrooms were fine.

This is certainly not the standard we usually provide for our guests, and I have already addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn't happen again. I'm glad to hear that the bedding, bathrooms, and the rest of the home were fine for your needs. I had to wait outside for well over two hours before I could get into property. Wrong codes were given for lock box. Communication with management company was much to be desired Was eventually resolved. I also extended and believe I was charged twice for cleaning ooh well tenants downstairs were banging all night made it very very disturbing. Shower curtain upstairs need to be replaced by it’s got holes in it. Sad. It was ok. Not excited about stay it is what it is. I believe a better management company would sold the issues. With all issues I was not given any discount no remorse. If I could have found something else I would have. It would be nice to not be charged twice for cleaning I left the property clean and even put the laundry in lol.

You are entirely right that this was not the smooth, relaxing stay you should have had with us. I am digging into your reservation details right now to review the charges for your extension and make sure you weren't double-billed for the cleaning fee. Thank you for taking such great care of the place and for letting us know about the upstairs shower curtain so we can replace it immediately.
