I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the disappointing experience you had during your recent stay at our condo. Your feedback regarding the cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns is deeply concerning and does not reflect the standards we strive to uphold. I am truly sorry that you encountered dead flies, mud, and leaks upon your arrival. This is certainly not the impression we wish to leave on our guests. Additionally, I understand the discomfort caused by the presence of pet hair in the condo. Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay at our property, Elvira. We truly apologize for any difficulty caused by the duplicate charges made to your account at the time of booking. Following additional investigation, we determined that the second payment was an error and immediately processed a refund to your account on the same day it was made. To clear things up, we have sent you an email including our system record of the credit card transactions. However, depending on your bank, the refund normally takes 10-15 working days to reflect in your account. The wifi information was sent to your cellphone number one day before your check-in date. Please keep in mind that because you made the reservation two days before your check-in date, we must wait until you sign the rental agreement before sending you the code to access the unit, as we discussed with you over the phone when we called to review your reservation. Despite these concerns, we are glad to hear that you considered our property to be in an excellent location for skiing. Your good feedback on the convenient location is very important to us. Thank you again for bringing these things to our attention, and we hope to have the pleasure to host you again in the future, giving an even more delightful visit.
