Hi Christy, We are delighted to know that you had an enjoyable stay in our property. This is the kind of experience we wanted to experience by our dear guests like you. We truly value your raised concern/suggestion about the twin bed as well as with the property key. We are sorry to know about what you daughter have experienced in related to the mattress. This will be duly noted and will let our dedicated team and the owner know to handle it accordingly. In related to the key, we also leave it in the lock box, normally during afterhours. We just require our guests to pick up the keys to a secondary location so we can immediately address any possible questions or concerns upon arrival of our dear guests.
