Excellent stay. I've started in several ski in ski out places close to PCM. This was one of the nicest and most comfortable. We'd be happy to return.

Perfect location

This was a last minute trip for us. The location to the lift is perfect and just a quick uber ride to Main Street and you are there. I was very happy and will rent again.

Short walk to lift/shorter walk to hot tub

Very nice 1st floor unit and a very short walk to the lifts. Ski locker is very close to condo as is the hot tub. Owner/management was very responsive if we had a question and check in was super easy. I would stay here again. Thanks

Business/Fun

We had a great time and the location was amazing. The room was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. They had all the things you needed as far as the kitchen. The only thing we didn’t like was the laundry room was not accessible.

Location + value

Very comfortable unit, at a fair price, and true ski in ski out. It was our first time in Park City, and we found that we preferred the mountain village side of the resort both for skiing and for walkable access to the historic downtown. This unit worked perfectly for us.

Nice place and very easy to walk in ski boots to slopes.

Enjoyed our stay for a true family ski in and out experience. Has all the amenities to stay in and cook each night. Everything in fine condition, but starting to show a little age. Jet tubs didn’t work, but heated community pool helped with sore muscles. Would definitely come back.

We thought the condo was well located, well appointed (but just a regular coffee pot, no grinder for beans) and Sam who was always on the other end of the phone or text to answer questions and help out.

Perfect Location for Adventure

My family recently stayed here to do some fall mountain biking. We enjoyed the quiet location, walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and that you can ride right off the trail which ends near the condo. It could not have been easier! The aspen trees outside the front window were in peak golden color so it was particularly nice to drink coffee on the little balcony in the mornings. The unit was comfortable for our family of four, well appointed with everything we needed, and clean. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful, well-maintained comfortable condo with working wood-burning fireplace.

Very nice, well appointed condo and amazing location, literally steps from the center of the Park City Resort. True ski in ski out experience. Clean, well-maintained, very well furnished condominium with comfortable bedding & furniture. FP as mentioned. Only issue we had was we were unable to get TV in Mstr Bdrm to work? O/w excellent stay all around.

Good location, but needs improvement

Location and size of unit was fine. One of the shower/tubs was missing a door. Multiple areas had plaster was cracked and/or peeling throughout the apartment. Dishwasher was falling out of cabinet.

Ski Trip

We loved this condo and it was perfect for our adult ski trip. As advertised it is truly a ski in / ski out and close to two lifts. In addition, it is very close to the base lodge which has several bars and restaunts so you can take a break and then head to the condo or back up the lifts for more skiing. Parking was convienent in an underground garage. In addition, there is a shared locker space for your skis and a lock is now provided in the condo for your conviencne. I also can't say enough nice things about Connie and team! Everyone was wonderful to work with and very responsive with any questions that we had before and during our stay. If you are headed to Park City - I highly recommend this condo. You'll love it!

Everything You Need In Perfect Location

This is the perfect ski in/out home for your trip. It's a one minute walk to 3 Kings and First Time lifts where you can ride up and then ski down to the base. There's a ski locker to store your stuff. Makes the getting on the mountain super easy and allows you to pop in for lunch or have people end a different times. Awesome location.We have stayed in different units over the years. We are a family of 5 and fit comfortably in the units. They are basic, not luxurious, but fit all your needs to ski, come home, hit the hot tub, make dinner, etc.The owner was very responsive. There was a slight delay (it was a holiday week for everyone so gave some slack) in getting us dish washing needs, but all was sorted in the end.Love this place and we will stay here again.

Location was perfect to the Eagle lift! And so close to the hot tub!

Check in instructions were vague and we had to ask for them the night before. We felt like we were communicating with a VRBO “bot” but we did get them when we asked! Repairs needed: The hallway bathroom outlet trips when using a hairdryer or flat iron. The bedroom outlet near the wall shelves needs replaced, its loose and the cord wouldn’t stay in the outlet. The humidifiers didn’t work and need replaced. We never added water and both only used 1/2 tank in 5 days. Add a skid proof mat to the hallway bath step to get into the jetted tub. The location was perfect! We would definitely recommend the condo.

SnowFlake Condos

We thought the unit was great and was properly represented. The pool and gym were first-class and accessibility to the mountain super easy. Some constructive criticisms: The check-in process left lots to be desired. We were told there was no early check-in due to cleaning crew. We arrived at 1:15p and sat outside until @3:30p and then allowed access. Clearly, the unit was cleaned long before we arrived. The idea of creating a microsite with images of the complex was good. However, passwords were not in one place, in some instances missing and or wrong. That needs improvement. Please work on those issues because otherwise this is a great place to stay and ski.

Jan Park City ski trip

We rented this condo for a 4 day ski trip. We preface our comments by saying that we ate all meals in the condo and did not use the hot tub facilities. Positive points • Location – this is a true ski in/ski out with easy access to 3 lifts • Ski storage area was convenient for overnight storage of skis • Condo check in/check out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow • Very responsive owner/manager. We had several minor issues after check in that were rapidly resolved • Condo size was adequate for 3 adults • Cleaning materials were adequate (dish detergent, laundry detergent, scrub pads, dishwasher pods, coffee filters, paper towels, etc.) Negative points • Not an ideal location for folks who enjoy cooking and meal prep o Basic cooking staples lacking; pepper, olive oil, hot sauce o Kitchen utensils need replaced and some items were missing (i.e., peeler or brush) o Knives were dull o Teflon pans had exceeded their lifetime o Dishwasher upper shelve came off slide railing resulting in 2 broken glasses o Garbage slide rail difficult to slide out and in • Sheets in 2nd bedroom were pilled • Foot noise from upstairs condo unit was prevalent and led to some sleep disruption • Floors were freezing, both carpet or tiled bathroom • The towels were a bit threadbare and worn

Lower your expectations and standards.

We frequently stay at VRBOs. We are not fancy people. But we do expect a certain standard. Location: great. Well kept grounds and beautiful area. Apartment: dated. Very dated. But clean. EXCEPT…for the spider problem. Yes. Not a spider. Jot a of them. The spiders were about the size of a nickel. And yes, I get we are in the mountains and spiders happen. But..lots of spiders means you haven’t sprayed. It’s not about opening doors and windows. We had several spider in linens..yep, our linens. And crawling on the bathrooms floors and crawling across the counters inthe kitchen. We ignored them at first and killed the ones we saw. But then it became apparent there was a bigger issue. We contacted the property manager and he said they would not do anything unless they found a bigger problem. A bigger problem than spiders in the kitchen counter, in the bathrooms and crawling in our linens?? We checked out less than 25 hours after arrival. They said they would not refund money or do anything. I expect better than that. Essentials: pots and pans and cooking stuff was clean and available. But that’s it. If you want even basic salt, better go buy it or pack it in your suitcase. I’ve never been to a Vrbo where basic salt and pepper weren’t available. Or even at least one Tupperware storage container. They have a base model VRBO. With no thought to the client staying. But they do throw in Spiders for free. You’ve been sufficiently warned.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Check-in was easy & the condo was comfortable & had everything we needed. We even saw a moose right across the street! We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the moose. We will definitely be back!

Great Slopeside Condos

Clean, comfortable, and fully-equipped. Short walk to the Village base lifts and a grocery store is within walking distance as well. Highly recommend!
