This is a spacious property with accommodations for all of us. The host was exceptionally patient with our questions and very helpful. There are 3 big decks where folks could spread out. The kitchen has an extra refrigerator and this was very helpful with storing large items. The stove and oven worked well, and with our gang, the dishwasher was used frequently.Most important, since it was 90 degrees our whole stay, everyone could be comfortably air conditioned.

Phenomenal

The house was very clean. Everything worked in the house. Security was great and friendly. Owner was wonderful with communication. Location was great near fun excursions. I definitely would book again with same property.I really loved it.

CAMELBACK

PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND GOOD LOCATION. HOWEVER DID HAVE TO DRIVE TO CAMELBACK RESORT, NOT A FAR WALK BUT WE CHOSE TO DRIVE WITH ALL OF THE HILLS AND WEATHER CONDITION.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We have stayed in the village many times and Viktor’s properties never disappoint. Everything was clean and there was a ton of space for our party of 12. Can’t wait to come back!

Very nice condo

Condo was nice and clean as advertised. Host was very helpful and communicative. We used the pool at the condo community center and enjoyed it very much - it was clean and comfortable. Condo was convenient to the various waterpark resorts. We would stay there again.

Relaxing retreat with friends and family!

We loved the space and the outdoor patio. Very comfortable. The arrangement of the light switches could be improved but that’s our only complaint.

Family ski week

This is the 4th year we have stayed with this host. The property was in a great spot with beautiful views - I can only imagine what it looks like in the spring! And just a short walk to the slopes. We had a great time!

Relaxing Summer Getaway

The place was great, my family was looking for a nice relaxing vacation with low key things to do locally and this did not disappoint. The house was roomy and easy to access. The neighborhood felt very safe, with security making constant rounds. The only thing was that it would be nice to have the pool open later hours for guests. All in all a great 5 star experience!!

Nice place for family ski getaway

Great communication with Viktor. Space was clean and conveniently located- ski in/ski out. Parking was an issue with neighbors but Viktor assured me that he will take care of this.

Spacious Home

Home was very spacious looks exactly like pictures. Very spacious Deck perfect for BBQ and hanging out. Owner was quick with responding when I needed assistance. I Would recommend this home and will definitely come back.

Camelback townhouse

Viktor the property owner was very responsive via text. The house has plenty of space and easily accommodated our party of10 with 5 adults and 5 kids. The back lower deck was a great outdoor space with a huge sectional all weather couch. This made up greatly for the lack of a yard (not listed so accurate). The grill and oven need some TLC but functional. Also the deck was covered with leaves and such requiring a 90 minute sweeping at check in. Otherwise a great stay for my family!

Great weekend with friends

Looking for a quiet, private, enjoyable place to stay minutes from everything in the area? Look no further. Viktor's place accomodated our large party with ease, comfort, and quality. We enjoyed the area, shared meals and time at the place, and anything we needed - Viktor was there. One minor hurdle we had was checking in to the actual community, so make sure to clarify ahead of time because you will need parking passes. When we got stuck, Viktor and the security team were very easy to work with and help us get sorted out. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Great for kids and dogs

We enjoyed staying here and loved the huge deck! The host Viktor was responsive and helpful. The check-in process had a few more steps than other VRBO's given this is in a planned community so everyone had to check in individually at the community office and get parking passes. 2 car max for parking at the property with other cars in a lot about a 1/4 mi away. The place was clean - we should have read the listing more closely but you'll need to bring a lot of essentials with you to this rental like TP, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee, etc. They have 1 of each but we quickly ran out with our party of 9 people. Overall had a great time and would stay again!

Spacious home perfect for larger groups

My family and I had an amazing time at this spacious home, perfect for larger groups. The home was clean and spotless, with many of the necessities you may need included during your stay. We found the space very inviting, with everyone fitting comfortably. One of the best things about this listing was the communication with the owner. Not only was he friendly, but also quick and efficient; answering all of my questions within a timely fashion. This was important to me, as I was in charge of accommodating a large group. He seemed genuine about us enjoying our time. As an added bonus, the check-in process was quick and easy and the staff at this Village is super friendly. I would recommend this home/owner/community to a friend and will stay here again in the future.

Great potential but would not come back.

THE GOOD: Very clean Great kitchen table. Comfortable seating in living room. Extra refrigerator Grand kids Loved the bear pillows Proximity to mountains was awesome Communication was very good. Swimming pool was great for the rainy day. THE BAD AND THE UGLY: Beds hard and uncomfortable. House never gets to temperature set on mini splits. Never got above 68 degrees. have no control over the fan speed. needed to contact host to increase the speed to high. Used fireplace to warm up living area. No instructions on fireplace, tv, heating, etc. had to reach out to host. No extra blankets, or any cleaning products except dish soap. Downstairs Hallway freezing no heat Very few glasses or coffee mugs. Had to buy disposable. Must read fine print about kitchen. plates and silverware and cooking utensils all else to be brought in. Very Sparse if you plan on doing a lot of cooking which I did. I had not read the fine print, luckily I brought aluminum foil and measuring cups and spoons. Must bring own stuff. No aluminum foil etc.
