Boat Ramp ACCESS! Boat ramp two blocks away, ramp has been used by experienced boating guests without issue. Two miles from Arrowhead State Park with beautiful golf course and sandy beaches. This vacation home is the perfect comfort after a day at the Lake or out riding ATVs, golfing, or fishing. The beds are very comfortable and the home is fully stocked for cooking or grilling with a beautiful private backyard that includes covered patio dining, propane grill and fire pit/seating area perfect for relaxing. The amenities to this home are endless. There is so much we offer to make your stay stress-fee. Get ready for a peaceful time at Lake Eufaula.

Great stay

Very quiet neighborhood, excellent host who supplied everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The homemade muffins are amazing! If in this area again will definitely book here

Girls Weekend

This was a cozy little place. The pictures were exactly what the place looks like. Jeff and Susan were the best hosts. They were great about communication, ready to help, and made this whole process so easy. We had a wonderful weekend and it was the best birthday I have had in a while. You should stay here for your next trip.

Awesome Lake Getaway

Super friendly hosts and an awesome place to stay at. There was everything we needed to get away for the weekend including super comfy beds, all the kitchen supplies we needed, ample truck and boat parking and so much more. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Comfy lake home

This property is a very cozy place. Very spacious, enough seating for us all, & basic kitchen essentials were provided. Hosts were very welcoming & helpful when we asked questions about swimming areas. We enjoyed our short stay!

What a nice little get away. Beds were very comfortable a quick 5 minute drive and you are at the lake. Jeff and Susan were great hosts. We would recommend for a quiet weekend

Fun stay for a girls trip!

Jeff and Susan's property worked perfectly for me and my two friends! Their place is very spacious and clean. It was so convenient to have Susan next door for any recommendations about the area. We really enjoyed our time there!

Susan went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met. The house was very clean and accommodating. There was even freshly baked goodies! 10/10 would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic Stay!

My Dad, Father in Law, and I came down from MN for a fishing trip. We booked this location, and had a fantastic time. We were thrilled to have home-made cookies, and chocolate-banana muffins waiting for us, as well as all kinds of other treats! The house was clean, well organized, and fully stocked. Would definitely stay again if we make our way down there! Thank you!

Clean and Comfortable!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of places to sit and enjoy the property. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Everything was extremely clean and organized well. There was great details like luggage racks and cell charging ports by the beds. Host was amazing and very helpful. Highly recommend this property!

FELT LIKE HOME!!!

We felt so welcome and so at home!! The owners are so sweet! Loved the card, baked banana bread, and extra goodies! The house was very clean and cozy with beautiful Christmas decor! The king size bed was super comfortable and the owners were quick to respond and made us feel very welcome! We will definitely be back!!

Quiet, clean and comfy

Overall the most comfortable home with great hosts. Hosts reside next door, at least part time. Not intrusive in the least, but prefer that not be the case. Just our preference. Gracious and communication line was always open. Felt like home away from home.

Great Fishing Location

My friend and I stayed here in mid April 2025 for 4 nights. The facility was very clean and fairly easy to locate. We were really impressed with how well stocked the VRBO was. It had pretty much everything we needed except food, but it did include a number of snacks. In addition we had all the expected toiletries, along with appliances and cookware. The house was very well decorated, and everything looked great. It's in an older mobile home, so there are a few cosmetic issues, but nothing of real concern. One of the things that really worked out for us was the location. There are three boat launch ramps within four or five miles of the facility. One is in Crowder, one is at Arrowhead State Park and the third is at Oak Ridge Recreation Area. There is a 4th boat ramp near the property, however, we opted not to use this because of lack of parking. The property has a circle drive that you can park your pick-up and boating in. We found it easier to bypass Royal Lane as we first got to it and circle around to come in from the other direction to make it easier to pull into the drive.Overall, this was a great experience and are looking forward to going back again next year.

Best Hosts ever

The property was superb! Jeff and Susan pay attention to every detail but felt like home the minute you walk in. They go above and beyond. The best stay ever. Jeff and Susan are the best part. Never interfering but available and accommodating should you have a need.

Sweet Gem

This was very clean and super comfortable beds. Although it does not have easy access to the lake, it is still easy to navigate to get to the lake. This property has everything you could need including outdoor grilling and fire pit! The owners are very nice and are close by for any issue you may have.

Jeff is a retired firefighter, and after 25 years of service in the Amarillo Fire Department Jeff decided to try out fishing and the lake life. Jeff spent years working on cars and Harleys as a side business and then became a rental property owner of several homes in Amarillo. Deciding to expand and try out the Lake life he wants to share his love of Lake Eufaula and the peaceful spot he was lucky to find. The designer and person behind your quality stay is Jeff's partner Susan. If there is anything your needing during your stay or questions about the area , Jeff and Susan are at your service. We hope you consider this beautiful property just based on how much we enjoy Lake Eufaula and the peaceful little world we created.

Two fire-pits, covered front deck with comfortable seating, Private backyard deck with patio dining, propane grill w/accessories, and propane fire-pit. Front yard has large fire-pit for having a cocktail by the fire or roasting smores. Several games and activities, smart TV and roku, Wifi, and so many amenities to choose from.
