Robert our host was super nice, very helpful! The property was beautiful!! Just a nice quiet place to relax, all the amenities were a short drive/uber/walk. Just overall a wonderful experience!!! We have already talked about booking again, I dont think I could have booked any more of a perfect spot for what we wanted, or more perfect hosts!!! C. Graham

Golf trip

Make sure you read fine print No sheets or Towels ! The 2 beds in back room are smeller than a twin ! My friends are 6’1 and 230 was tight ! Great view and caught some fish from the dock. Front room is great king bed

end of summer get away

The views were amazing in both the living room and bedroom. Perfect location to access the bay with kayaks or just fish off the dock. The property was very clean, comfy king size bed, comfy clean sofa with recliner. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. We did not use the grill or appliances other than the refrigerator. The stairs/deck were weathered but still sturdy.

Beautiful view, old but neat and nice interior

From first sight the property was disappointing. The entrance was in the back of the house next to an old shed, the stairs and deck are very old and in need of replacement. Upon entering the interior was old but neat, nice antique furniture and plenty of utensils. No sponge tho, that was kinda a pain. The views however are spectacular! A new deck and walkway would go a long way!

A comfortable stay

Enjoyed our stay at this second floor unit with a view of the bay in a traditional not-yet-completely-gentrified neighborhood. Comfortable, clean modern furniture accented with antiques. Excellent kitchen appliances. lots of windows, including ones that open. A family of ducks lives below, we enjoyed watching them.

Beautiful place, but....

The apartment is beautiful-open and airy, comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to fix meals in. Our only complaint is that when we got there we found out that we were supposed to provide our own sheets and towels {king-sized sheets!} and there was no hand or bath soap and only one roll of toilet paper. There had been no mention of this in the listing and an email "reminding us " about the sheets and towels came late the day before. So we had to find a store to buy these supplies and our stay cost $75 more than we had expected.

Retreat by the bay

This 2nd floor condo has great views of the bay! Home was comfortable and well supplied with all the necessary amenities. Very nicely decorated as well. We enjoyed our stay!

Quiet spot on the back bay

Other than the construction crew working across the way the location was a great spot away from the crowds. Can't beat fishing and crabbing from a private dock either. If you prefer a low-hustle area but still close enough to the area attractions then you'd enjoy this spoy

Bayfront oasis

We had a wonderfully relaxing time! Beautiful bay views from every room. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and cocktails in the evening.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We loved having access to the dock and being right on the bay. House was clean and as described. Norma was very responsive to all our questions and needs- I would definitely stay here again!

Memorial Day weekend

Me and my 3 friends stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved it! There was so much space for all of us to fit comfortably, and the deck is unbeatable! Although it’s a tad far to walk to the bar/night life scene, it was perfect because it was quiet and tucked away. We will definitely be renting again!!

This location is good for adults who want a quite time at the bay. The apartment has many antiques that make it pretty but not kid friendly. The fridge made a constant loud noise - we texted host with no response. Overall, nice area, surrounded by water. The host did not respond to any questions, texted.

Bayside beauty

Will not stay again

My wife and I stayed at Rob's VRBO for 2 nights from May 22nd to 24th 2023. When we checked in food was left on the grill along with dirty cook wear. Which we cleaned. We just received a message today (5/28) from Rob about a water mark that was on a dresser in the bedroom and some damage to the microwave and stove controls. We did not bring any food or drink into the bedroom, so we do not know how or when this mark was made. We did not cook anything either, so we do not know how or when the kitchen appliances were damaged. We ate all of our meals in town. Now we are being charged $500 for damages that we did not do. We will never stay here again and do not recommend anyone staying here. We have stayed at other VRBO's and have never had an issue like this before. Other VRBO owners have left us reviews stating that they could not even tell that we had stayed there.

Perfect Getaway

It was a great place to stay. Just like in the pictures. No surprises, very clean and beautiful rooms. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. Great views and nice deck to seat out and relax on. Close to Acme, restaurants and liquors stores. Robert C was very nice and got back to us when we had a question in a short amount of time. It was perfect for a sisters getaway. All 4 of us loved it and had a great time.

The Perfect Retreat

I can’t say enough about this little hideaway on the bay! I was looking for some place relaxing and quiet for a quick getaway after a hectic few months, and this lovely home right on the Grassy Sound was exactly what I was looking for! The place was nicely decorated, impeccably clean, snd the bed and couch were high-end and really comfortable. My dog loved it too. She spent hours and hours on the deck watching the birds. :) I will definitely be back!
