Spent almost a week here visiting family and taking in the gorgeous fall leaves. Loved the house! It's older but renovated to be comfortable but still kept the character and details of older homes including built-ins. Very kid and family friendly, we're an extended family with 3 family units including 3 kids under 7. Rooms are spread out so we all had our own space. The kitchen was large with lots of room for multiple people to prep with lots of pots/pans/dishes/etc. 3 dining areas. Fabulous laundry room! Huge yard with several seating areas plus a basketball hoop and ball included. Beds all comfortable. Was a great location for our trips to Weirs Beach, Meredith, Loon Mtn, Franconia, Mt Washington, North Conway, and York Beach, Maine. Highly recommend.

Our family loved the property. Our ages ranged from 8 to 89 and everyone enjoyed it. The pool was wonderful. We had several campfires around the fire pit and made s’mores. It was very convenient to get to many places. We would gladly rent this property again. The owner was very responsive with any questions.
