Stunning, Brand new 2 bedroom, 1 bath basement apartment. 1300 square ft. Open floor plan with a large living room featuring leather reclining couches, 55" TV with Cable, DVD player, Hulu, Netflix, & Disney plus. Computer available with high speed internet access.
Gorgeous, fully stalked kitchen with large island, quartz countertops, & large pantry.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 includes 2 twin beds with a twin trundle plus 2 twin size floor mattresses for kids.
Enjoy the breathtaking, unobstructed view of the mountains, a large backyard, playground and basketball hoop. This place has all the comforts you're looking for!

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable! This gem is a little farther from the freeway than we normally stay but worth it. Private entrance, full kitchen, roomy living space. Host was great to respond to questions. We hope to stay again!

Awesome family set-up in beautiful location

We loved our stay . It fit our needs for an amazing price! Full kitchen and spacious bedrooms and bathroom. We loved our time here and will definitely be back!

Awesome basement retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in UT this past weekend. The basement apartment was spacious with plenty of room to prepare food, eat and relax. The neighborhood was beautiful with views of the mountains. Communication from the host was great and check-in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for family

Everything was clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, etc. we heard the occasional pitter patter of little feet that one should expect when renting a basement apartment.

Beautiful home, comfortable stay!

We loved staying here. The kitchen/living room space was perfect for playing games, watching movies, cooking and relaxing. Everything was very clean and in excellent shape. We would recommend this to everyone! Amy was also friendly and very easy to work with and accessible.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful and spacious home to stay at with your family. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook a meal or two. Amy was also very responsive and accommodating to our needs. She’s also very thoughtful with the amenities provided and helped with clearing the snow. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay at this place again if I’m visiting in the future.

Family trip

The apartment is spacious, Kitchen has all you need, bedrooms are very comfortable. My kids used the playground and basketball court. We had a wonderful stay. Love the location

Extreme beautiful decor, Clean and Well equiped

The host, Amy, is very responsive. The Living and Kitchen areas are large. There are many blankets to suit the various needs of your family. The host provides many extras which is a nice touch even if you do not use them items. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful place

Excellent place to stay, beautifully decorated and owner has made sure that everything you need has been provided. We'll definitely keep this place on our list of places to stay at in the future.
