This small studio accommodation is perfect for a quick getaway and well located. What we enjoyed the most is the well thought out use of space and the high end use of items to make the stay perfect.The communication with Logan is outstanding, and we would return again and again, as its just perfect for a short stay.

Perfect little spot to relax we enjoyed this little spot very much . The yard was completely fenced in so the pups could run about as we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast which was spectacular since we were over fart food. If I could give 10 stars I would .

I’ve lived staying here! This place is centrally located to my family. It’s clean, and very quiet! Logan is a very gracious host always there if you need him. We will for sure stay here again!

Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. This is a great place to stay and would definitely recommend it.

Owners did a great job building this space. No detail was left unchecked. I have stayed at another location they own and they never disappoint. Highly recommend this place for a couple or individual.

Perfect Couples Retreat

My fiance and I stayed here for my Birthday getaway and it was perfect for it. Clean, had everything we needed, and the host was very communicative. Highly recommend.

Cozy and comfortable property

We were so pleased with this property. It was very well appointed and every need was quickly met by the host, Logan. We brought our dog and she was very welcome, with food and water bowls, towels and blankets just for her. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Sweet Studio

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Washburne Studio. This sweet, airy and bright studio is the perfect size for a couple. The room itself is well done, and the shower was lovely with good water pressure and nice fixtures. Sweet kitchenette has a microwave, dishwasher and mini-fridge. I believe there was an electric cooking element but we did not get it out of the cupboard, preferring to go out for dinner at the very nearby (walkable) main street area. The Public House (and Whiskey Bar) and Tavern on Main were excellent, as was "Lovely" at breakfast time. It was nice to have a full size HE washer/dryer in the studio. But the private courtyard garden with hot tub, fire table and patio furniture was the crowning feature. Turn on the festive string lights (or keep it dark to gaze at the night sky) and enjoy! If early morning light wakes you, bring a sleep mask (the windows have good blinds but the panels in the door let in enough daylight to brighten the room very early on summer mornings.) Also some slip on shoes or flip flops to walk out the hot tub would come in handy. The room was furnished with great high quality linens, towels, and gowns that were great to use before and after the hot tub. A wonderful little place to stay.
