The beloved little pink house stands in the vibrant, historical University neighborhood of Eugene, Oregon. This iconic gem has captured the hearts of University of Oregon parents, visiting professors, athletes, and sports spectators alike since its inception in 2008. Situated blocks away from the esteemed University of Oregon campus, this quaint abode exudes charm and character, offering a cozy retreat in the heart of Duck territory.

Fantastic property and the host was so helpful and communicative! Went for an orientation for my daughter at the University of Oregon for her freshmen year. Amazing location and super close to the college . Will be staying again in the future.

Can’t say enough about the Little Pink House. Everything was wonderful, exactly (actually more than) what we needed over the course of 4 nights in Eugene. Lara was incredibly accommodating, helpful and responsive. We would 100% stay again and 100% recommend others to do the same. Thanks again, Lara.

Very well appointed house near Hendrick’s Butte in a lovely Eugene neighborhood near campus. I don’t remember seeing it in the description, but it has a mini-split heat pump so it offers cooling during a heat wave, which is nice. The house has everything you might need for a stay in Eugene.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described and even better than we expected. The property was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The host was wonderful—responsive, accommodating, and clearly cared about making sure we had a great experience. We felt welcomed and completely at home throughout our stay.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and truly enjoyable VRBO experience. The house was great. It was a little hard to get to at first. But we figured it out! Its on the alley not the lane! It was well stocked, clean, tucked back in a very cute little neighborhood. We were very happy with our stay!

Perfect location in Hendricks park. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix a home cooked meal for our student.

Lara, the host was very welcoming from the beginning and extremely communicative and helpful. Also the beds were sooooooo comfortable, we just did not want to get out of the beds.Kitchen well stocked, everything was great, good heating and lighting and comfortable.

Wonderful Campus Location

We had a wonderful stay! Enjoyed some close spots to eat and convenient to campus but out of the college feel. Our family of 4 (all adults) had enough room to move around and the property was well stocked with everything we needed.

A lovely retreat!

The little pink house was a delightful place to stay! We were in town for a friends wedding and this was a great location! Centrally located, kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Love Little Pink House

We were there for Hayward Track and Field and the location couldn't get any better! Very beautiful and comfortable home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Super cute and cozy little house! Perfect for 3 of us! Loved the location - we walked around this beautiful neighborhood and the campus which was fabulous! Close to so many great desirable locations! Great kitchen for cooking was a bonus! I would definitely stay here again!

Very cozy house and clean. Beautiful surroundings with Hendricks park literally a few hops down from front door path. Deer roam the area. Host provided a Christmas gift basket on Christmas Eve, which was a nice surprise to end our evening. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and family visiting Eugene.

The Little Pink House is, as described, a cozy little place tucked away on a quiet street just ten minutes walk from U of Oregon campus. The house had everything we needed and was the perfect spot for landing for a week to visit our granddaughter and explore Eugene.

A Wonderful Place to Stay!

We stayed 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Such a wonderful place to stay! Every room was super clean, and the home had everything we needed and more. We didn't have a chance to use the kitchen, but it's stocked with everything you could think of to make any meal. Highly recommend this lovely place to stay in Eugene!

Sweet cottage

Perfect for a weekend stay. Very happy colorful decor and cozy bedrooms. There are quite a few steps if mobility is an issue but it was a great place for us to have as a home base in Eugene.

Prefontaine Classic weekend stay

Little Pink House is a gem! Perfect location to walk to the Hayward Field and to the near by restaurants. Place was immaculate and well appointed. Communication with Lara was easy. She even offered an early check in. We definitely recommend this place and will stay again.

In 2005 I took a beautiful trip to Italy. I stayed in my first vacation rental in Rome and I loved everything about it! The next year we went to Greece and stayed in vacation rentals the entire trip~ again it was a wonderful experience. In 2008 after a trip to Germany I came home and decided to turn our newly built Little Pink House into a vacation rental by owner. Since June 6th 2008 I have been welcoming world travelers, U of O visiting professors and parents of University of Oregon students. Some guests come and go and some become friends for life...it's always been a joy!
Since opening the Little Pink House I have stayed in vacation rental properties in 30 countries and I have added five other vacation rental properties to my list of beautiful places in Oregon to visit.

Why our property? That is a great question given the inventory in Eugene. When I first opened my doors as a vacation rental we were the 5th property! Now there are hundreds. If you are looking for a clean little house in a beautiful location with a fantastic price tag and owners who love to travel and also love hosting then take a look at the Little Pink House! We love our return guests and hope to soon be 100% word of mouth!
