We had a great time at Juan’s house. The house is in a great location close to walking trails, parks, the zoo and downtown Naples. The house is very unique and nicely decorated and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful landscaped backyard and pool. Kitchen is large and well stocked and there’s large dining areas both inside and outside. Just a fun place to stay and we’d like to do so again in the future.

Great house with amazing layout- large kitchen/family room open concept -Great pool and patio- we are outside every meal we had at home-Close to Greenway for a beautiful daily walk!

Our family really enjoyed staying at this house, the house has everything you need and it’s very homey. Also has a great location, close to everything you could need.

Fantastic Experience

This home is a beautiful place to stay. Location is great and nearby both beaches and downtown fifth avenue area. Home is clean, newly renovated, tastefully decorated, has a well equipped kitchen, and gorgeous outdoor space with pool.

Beautiful home, great location

Truly a tropical paradise as advertised. Absolutely enjoyed the mornings and evenings on the patio and the beautifully landscaped grounds. This location has become our top VRBO location for Naples, due to quality of the home and location, which is a once a year trip for my family and I. Thank you!

Beautifully appointed property; immaculately clean; every possible comfort; perfect communication with the property owner. Location is ideal with walking path adjacent in the Conservancy. Doesn't get any better for a family vacation & would love to come back again!!!

Peaceful retreat

Very warm and cozy property, comfortable and clean. Owner is very resposive and corteous. My family had a great time. We will definitely come back to this beautiful property where we felt right at home.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Property was great for our needs. Well located, clean, and as seen in the listing. Property manager was helpful and responsive. Neighborhood was fine but not walkable, but walking trails very close by. No reservations about recommending.

Cute beach house

The home inside has been very much updated with very nice decor. Everything was clean and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo for the bathrooms.

Such a cute house!

This house is adorable- just like the pictures. Great location next to the zoo and an awesome running path along the river, or about 1.5 miles to the beach. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed - except soap and shampoo. The pool was also perfect…the kids loved it.

Loved this house!

This was a newly renovated home, we loved it. Very clean and well appointed. The property manager was very responsive throughout our stay. It was near the zoo and nature conservancy, a great walkway through the conservancy, all the way to the airport. We didn’t want for anything.

Perfect!

We fell in love with this home! It was the perfect amount of space for our family with teenagers. The private lanai and pool made our vacation so enjoyable. The outdoor bathroom and shower was an unexpected hit. I really enjoyed the Greenway park that is located within walking distance. Hoping to book again!

Wonderful house will everything you could need. Close to everything. Quiet location. 100% privacy in the pool. Mature landscaping provides beauty and privacy in the backyard and around the pool.

Beautiful Home!!!

Home is located in a quiet area and walking distance to the Conservancy of Southwest Florida. The home was beautifully remodeled and had everything you need in the kitchen. The pool was a perfect spot to cool off after the beach and our girls loved it lit up at night! There were plenty of pool and beach items on the side porch to use and we added a few new beach toys to the collection. The house was just a mile and a half to Lowdermilk Park Beach area and only 10 minutes to 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. We will definitely rent this home again!!

Old Naples Elegance in a Laid Back Neighborhood

Wow! What an incredible little house. Oozing with character we were blown away by the attention to detail into the design, furnishings and build of this amazing home. The backyard space is the perfect oasis to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life. We stayed here with our 4 kids and a dog. It’s located across the street from the amazing playground at Fleischmann park and literally next to the zoo which was seriously beautiful and fun with the kids. Beach was 5 minutes away and is super close to all the shops and restaurants. Really pleased with this stay and I highly recommend. A huge shout out to our hosts for such an amazing stay.

Little Oasis In Naples

We had a lovely 4 night stay Tuesday- Saturday. In town for a wedding. House is beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. Furniture, decor and appliances are top grade. The kitchen has everything you need for home cooking. We didn't use it, but there is a grill on site as well. The backyard is perfect for lounging day or night with lots of seating and a delightful plunge pool. Shade and sun areas available. This is located in a very central, yet surprisingly quiet neighborhood. We had only adults on this trip, but would be perfect for children too. The one level home is easy to navigate and would be wonderful for those with limited mobility as well. I'd love to stay here again!

The pool was great the children loved it. The house was lovely , it was a pleasure to stay there like home from home. The house was spotless and done to a high standard. Great for a family. Would stay there again.

Property was beautiful, and very private. The main room was airy with lots of natural light and the king bed in the main suite was very comfortable slept well. Amenities and the beach are close, they provide an umbrella, beach chairs, and a wagon which we did not discover until after we came back from the beach; the pool and outdoor shower were great!

Beautifully decorated newly remodeled house

Host was great and very responsive, accommodations were superb and the house was newly remodeled. The kids had a great time in the pool. I’ll definitely be back and will highly recommend it.
