Look no further

I traveled with my mother and aunt for a girls trip and this place left no stone unturned. Lisa thinks of everything. The weather was spectacular so sitting outside was such a treat. I even stood on the dock and saw some beautiful fish. Location was spot on. Close to everything. Will definitely be back!!!

Excellent location!

We had a great stay and loved the location. We walked to both the Fifth Ave and Third St Shops, and enjoyed being near Tin City.

Spacious and clean. Great host!

Clean property that had the perfect space for our family of 5. Walkable to old Naples and we were able to rent a boat nearby. Loved the back deck! Great host was super responsive!

Close to Everything!

Excellent property! Very clean, beds are very comfortable and came with all the necessities. Clean showers and nice outdoor space with grill. Location is super, 5 min to 5th ave. shops and amazing restaurants. Naples Beach is less than 10 minutes!! Well worth the price!

Family trip

Beautiful and spacious home for our family of 7. The location is close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely consider this property again when visiting Naples.

Great stay

Enjoyed a long weekend at this condo. Great location and comfortable stay for the 4 of us. Lisa was a responsive host and made sure all details were just right. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone - just note the mattress in the master is pretty soft.

Close to everything in naples

Amazing location and great rental

You couldn’t be in a better location. This is very central but away from crowds and tourists. The area is very quiet. The property is very well maintain and comfortable. Has everything you need during your stay. Highly recommended.

Home from home

Only superlatives. Love the real Florida neighborhood with boats coming and going on the canal. Birds singing. A little bunny rabbit running around. Most gracious hosts. Very clean apartment stacked with everything you need. Short drive to old Naples and Cambier Park. 10 out of 10.

Open floor plan and deck great for entertaining!

Lots of room for the whole family and large open kitchen perfect for entertaining! Close to the beach and fun, walkable downtown area.

Wonderful property

Excellent value and extremely well kept home on a canal within walking distance of downtown Naples. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the property to anyone who wants a great weekend for a very good value in or near Naples!

Easter Weekend in Naples

Our family spent a long Easter weekend here. We have been to Naples many times, and love the area. The place was reasonably priced for the busy spring break and Easter season. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for everyone in our family to have their own space and there’s a large kitchen / family room area with a deck that overlooks the canal. It’s 5-10 minute drive to 5th Avenue and the beach depending on traffic. The hosts were always quick to reply to our questions. If you are looking for a place in Naples that is near downtown and the beaches, I would recommend this place.

For us the location worked well. Out of the hustle and bustle of old naples but very close. The property was nicely decorated and clean. The property manager Lisa is friendly, very responsive and helpful.

3 BR walk to town

Very clean and comfortable condo in quiet location about a one mile walk to Fifth Ave. Everything was as described and Lisa was very responsive. Would definitely return.

Long weekend getaway

Stayed at Royal Harbor for a long weekend trip with friends. Great location - very close to downtown. There was plenty of of space for all of us. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommend it.
