With an additional queen bedroom and bunk room, everyone will be happy to have their own space.

Feast on morning meals at the breakfast bar for 4, or gather everyone around the dining table for 8 for a fun family meal. Cooking is so easy in the fully-equipped kitchen that everyone will want to help out.

After a leisurely morning meal, bring snacks and drinks down to your own personal paradise. Enjoy the seating area under the covered deck or take a dip into the private pool. If you prefer to relax in the sandy sun, the beach is just a short 2 block walk!

The convenient, enclosed outdoor shower makes it easy to wash up before heading back inside after a long day of island fun. In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.
