My house is a newly remodeled downtown Lake Geneva home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths that sleeps 10 people in beds. The house has been fully restored with beautiful woodwork throughout. It's in an outstanding location with only a 1.5 block walk to downtown Lake Geneva. The property has a fantastic open area with lots of green space. The huge private yard has a cement patio, propane grill, and an outdoor dining table set for your entire group. The driveway has parking for 8 cars. You can park your car and walk to downtown in 3 minutes. The 4 bedrooms and 5 beds are all upstairs. There are 2 full bathrooms (1 on first level & 1 upstairs). Bachelor and Bachelorette groups are welcome along with family reunions and friends gatherings
Please note that this property is LICENSED and LEGAL for short term rentals.

Couple of minor property issues at check-in but the host was extremely responsive. Had someone at the house within 10 minutes. Great location!!

Close to everything

We’re stayed here before and we love the location. Easy check-in, roomy and easy to communicate with owner. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Great location

Walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva for for Winterfest. Cozy home with character. Would stay again!

We loved this house for our family the weekend our son got married in Lake Geneva. Many of our wedding guests were staying at the Cove, Harbor Shores and Bella Vista so this house was perfectly positioned behind those hotels, a short walk to town. The guys played endless games of Corn hole in the beautiful backyard. There was a wonderful patio to enjoy as well. The driveway was big enough for all our cars. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were very comfortable. It was hot outside and the air conditioning kept us cool. The two bathrooms were great and one even had a make up area. Great stay. There was an art fair downtown to enjoy and walking to bars and restaurants was so convenient! Anthony was very quick to respond but didn't have to reach out to him at all b/c everything truly was perfect. Will come back!

Summer Boating Vacation

The house is in a great location for walking to the town square and boating. There were no issues fitting my boat and truck in the driveway, plus 2 additional cars.

We had a fantastic stay in Lake Geneva and couldn’t have been happier with this rental. The home had plenty of comfortable seating and gathering space, which made it perfect for relaxing, visiting, and spending quality time together. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the entire space felt welcoming.What really stood out was the host. He was outstanding from start to finish—friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear he takes great pride in the property and in providing a great experience for their guests.The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, shopping and the lake. We walked everwhere!The home was comfortable, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We created wonderful memories during our stay and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Lake Geneva. Highly recommend!

Before we even got to the VRBO, Anthony was very good at keeping communication with me. This has been one of my favorite stays! We had a bachelorette party over the weekend, and anything and everything we needed was in the house. Also, the location is perfect! It’s walkable to the beach as well as downtown. 10/10 would stay again!

Young adults stayed for a family get together with a neighboring house. Perfect location to walk into town. Had everything we needed.

Great house within walking distance to downtown

Perfect house for a weekend in Lake Geneva, walking distance to downtown. 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms with lots of towels. Kitchen was well equipped and living and dining areas were perfect for gathering friends. Awesome communication and overall great stay

Well equipped and spacious

This property had almost everything you could need on your trip. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and had several amenities. Very close to downtown.

Perfect location!

This property was a perfect getaway for our girls' trip to Lake Geneva! It was within walking distance from both the downtown shopping, several restaurants, and the lakefront! The place was cozy and comfortable and well kept! Highly recommend this property for anyone considering a trip to Lake Geneva!
