Great location in historic Lake Morton

And easy walk to Florida Southern College, Lake Morton, Lake Mirror and Downtown Lakeland. Will be back!

Second Stay: Happy Again

This was our second stay at this property. It’s small and simple. It’s clean. It’s accessible to and within walking of distance Florida Southern College. We will return.

Nice place to stay next to Florida Southern College

We were visiting Lakeland to attend our son's graduation ceremony. House is conveniently place in a walking distance from the college. All was just as expected, no surprises whatsoever, timely comms with the owner.

Cute apartment

Lovely place in a great location near anything you may need. We were there for Sun & Fun. We will definitely stay here again if we return next year for Sun & Fun. It was just what we needed.

Convenient, comfortable and clean

We were there to take continuing education classes and the space allowed for cooking, studying and rest. We would stay at this location again.

The softest beds

Slept well. Super soft bed and sheets. Owner was easy to reach and extended our stay quickly.

Convenient, small

Place was represented by pictures. Could hear upstairs tenants. Saw mold in bathroom floorboards and windowsill. Need better ventilation.

Perfect location and quaint accommodations!

We absolutely loved our stay in Lakeland! The house was perfect for our quick visit to see our daughter at Florida Southern College. We could walk to the college, restaurants, and racked up lots a mileage as we strolled around the beautiful lakes! Our accommodations were exactly what we needed! Thanks for a great visit! We will be back!!
