The beach view and sunsets were fantastic! Loved the pool, temperature was perfect. Loved the added beach accessories for our family to enjoy our getaway! The place was perfect for our family! We would definitely return for another visit!

You cannot beat the location, offering a great pool and access to the beach! The condo provided enough space for us to enjoy time together and was fully equipped with all the amenities you will need, including your days spent at the beach. The sunset views from the patio were a highlight! The only downside was a lack of cleanliness, particularly the floors.

What you see in the pictures is what you get. A great view and good location. It accomodated our family of 6 very well. Loved the heated pool as well as the beach! We would recommend Palm Gables and hope to be back.

Beach was beautiful. Sunsets were breath taking. Perfect to view from the balcony.

I would definitely rent this property again. As nice as any we have ever stayed at.

Spectacular Sunsets

Location is everything and this place has it all. Close to beach and shops. Quiet and serene with nice private pool. Highly recommend this gem.Check in was a little confusing but neighbors helped get us in.

Beautiful Condo, perfect location!!!

We absolutely loved AMI and this condo was beautiful and in a perfect location!!! Right on the beach, great view of the gulf, centrally located. It was our first trip to AMI and we loved it!! Can’t wait to come back and visit and will be sure to stay in the same unit !!

Very Peaceful

Beautiful condo, views, close to everything you need. Such a short walk to beach. Was in a gate guarded place, so very safe. Will be coming back again.

Wonderful

This condo is everything you need! Beach steps away, restaurants and stores within walking distance and a pool right outside your door. The best part is definitely the sunset from your balcony

Excellent Getaway Vacation

We had a wonderful time here on our honeymoon! The weather was absolutely beautiful and the condo was in a perfect location. We had an awesome view of the ocean and were able to walk right on to the beach. The garage was nice for coverage and privacy. We were Also very appreciative of the beach supplies (chairs and umbrellas.) We would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Favorite place in Anna Maria

We stayed at this condo after staying in 2019. The view is spectacular and great location within walking distance to Publix and the Anna Maria Island cafe. Any questions were immediately answered by management. It’s our go to spring break and place and we’ve already booked our stay for next year!

Beautiful area and close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Gables 110. It was an excellent location for dining and shopping and of course hanging out at the beach which was a very short walk. The condo was clean on arrival and was very easy to get in with the check in process. The garage was very nice too! The only thing I would recommend for future would be to bring toilet paper and paper towels as there was not enough provided for a 6 night stay. It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay and would stay again on the next trip to Anna Maria Island.

Beach paradise

We are a family of 5, with kids 12, 9, and 6. We came to relax and that’s what we did. This condo provides tons of space, an amazing view, and quick access to white sand. Not too far away are more dining options and access to ester fun. My girls went parasailing. If you’re looking for a laidback beach vacation, this did not disappoint.

Great for families

Our stay was wonderful! Beach and pool were perfect for easy access and condo central to both fun areas of town. We only had issues getting a gate code- never was resolved but we were able to make do and was a mild inconvenience. ****We did leave a mens bathing suit hanging with a wedding band in the pocket should anyone find it. My husband is upset he left it and is very hopeful he can get the ring back.

Pandemic getaway

This was a great location, close to everything but away from the crowds. Unit 110 had a private garage under the unit. Unit was well furnished and shelves were full. We needed nothing. It was great having a secured, well provisioned area for beach chairs, canopy, floats , etc. right next to the garage.

Holmes Beach

We enjoyed our time on Holmes Beach, a very quite and relaxing atmosphere. The condo is a perfect location to the beach, just steps away and it was so nice that it came equipped with all the beach gear, towels, chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc. We felt very safe in the condo since it was gated and nice to be able to park our vehicle in a garage. The furniture could use some updating and a good clean in the kitchen drawers are in need. Nice area with a Publix w/in walking distance, and go to Peaches Cafe for breakfast, it is delicious. We utilized the trolley as well, which was a nice way to get around town.

Disappointed

The condo's positives are its prime location just steps from the beach, the spectacular view from the small balcony and the pool that is kept at a perfect temperature; however, we were disappointed with the overall condition of the condo. The furniture is dated, the upholstery is stained, the mattresses and pillows need to be replaced, and there is mold in both bathrooms.

Please note that since your stay, the owners have replaced the bedroom pillows and are in the process of replacing the living room furniture. Both bathrooms have been re-grouted to prevent any discoloration or mildew build up. We’ve not had any other feedback regarding the mattresses being worn or in need of replacement, but the owner will certainly examine them and take appropriate measures. For future stays, please let us know if there is anything we can do to make our stay better. Our team would've been happy to have assist you during your stay.

A few issues.

The elevator broke so we had to carry our luggage downstairs when we checked out. The washing machine was making a horrible sound and there seemed to be a problem with the electrical outlets. We did not report the last two until checkout. Other than that, the condo was nice.
