We come to this place each year and it is so relaxing. Close to the beach,clean and such a great place to stay. Very comfortable.

We love the proximity to beautiful beaches! We loved that we didn’t have to cross any roads to get to the beach, where we saw dolphins every single day. Calm waters, great for paddle boarding and floating :) It said shared balcony for the bedrooms but there was just the wrap around on the main floor (not a big deal at all) We throughly enjoyed the property especially loved the large dining room table for a few home cooked meals, they had plenty of kitchen pans, utensils, etc. The pool was perfect, had beautifully curated foliage to make you feel like you’re in paradise. (Didn’t love going out the front door to go back and forth, but still a small price to pay for the luxury of a private pool) I would recommend this property and would stay again.

Everything was exceptional! Nice sized home for our group and super close to Beach! Loved the screened in balcony patio area! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Location was absolutely perfect. Pool was beautiful and well maintained. Very clean and stocked with all of the essentials. Would love to stay again!

House is very clean. It is a little older but very nice. Pool is an excellent feature. Proximity to beach is great as well. Only down side is grill is a charcoal grill. Wasn't really sure how to use/dispose of the charcoal so we didn't grill.

The owners used to have a gas grill there but guests wouldn't understand that they needed to pull the gas grill away from the house and ultimately burned the side of the house. The owners decided to replace the gas grill with a charcoal grill. You could have asked us how to use it. It is rather simple. You fill the grill with charcoal and light it and grill. The charcoal will turn to ash. There is nothing more you needed to do.

The property was just as advertised. Location was fenominal! Inside was beautiful. The deck did have a couple loose boards. When we walked in to the beautiful pool are we found dog droppings. Someone prior to us never picked up after their dogs. We found a can and plastic bag in the area as well. Not sure if this was from the property on the other side of the fence. Other than these issues we loved the property. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great house!

The location is wonderful, short walk ti the beach. Pool was a bonus, house was well equipped and comfortable.

We had such a nice time in this place. Close to the beach and restaurants. The pool should of been cleaned after they blew the backyard. I think most of the leaves and things went in the pool. It did not get cleaned until the day we left. But otherwise it was such a great place and I would definitely stay there again. Beautiful home.

Family vacation

The house was very nice ! Great to have the pool for the kids, and with in a few steps to the beach which made it very convenient for us .

Great stay

This was a great unit for our family to enjoy a beach stay. Extremely close proximity to the beach. The pool area was great as well. We especially loved the fact that this unite was right on the free trolley loop! Thanks for a great stay.

Just right

Close to the beach and plenty of bedrooms and baths. The home had everything we could need. Lots of space for family to gather and a great private pool.

Fabulous! Will stay again! Location was perfect with just steps to the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, cart, shelling items and more. Clean, great decor, layout worked great. Loved the lanai. Excellent location in middle of island. Easy super short drive to Bean Point & Coquino Beach. Responsive host! Garage parking. Nice balconies.

Excellent Accommodation!

This place was perfect for our family of four: Close to the beach on the less busy stretch of Gulf, private pool, beach toys and towels, and the list goes on. We were able to get into the house just as expected and had a great week in Anna Maria Island! We would definitely recommend staying here.

Short Walk to the Beach

Our week in Anna Maria was perfect! This townhome was the perfect size for our family of 4. Our son (5) and daughter (3) absolutely loved playing in the private pool and loved that they each had their own room. It had anything a family with toddlers would need to enjoy the week stress-free. The townhome is located near a bunch of different restaurants and a quick 2 minute walk to water! Would recommend to any family trying to enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation.

Wonderful time at Gulf Breeze!

We loved our stay at Gulf Breeze! The unit was very clean, bright and inviting! We loved the screened porch and pool. We were so close to the beach and enjoyed walking to Captain Anthony's and to the Anna Maria Beach Club. Can't wait to return n

Great location

Great property and great location. Only bugabo is access to the pool. Had to go outside of the gate to get to the pool.

Cute place!

Location, location, location! So close to the beach! Neat, clean home, we enjoyed! One suggestion......install some lights in the pool area so it can be used at night.

Springbreak Getaway.

Property was just as described. Well equipped and clean. Only drawback was perhaps a gas grill on the deck for easier convenience to grilling.
