Wonderful Visit

The house was a great find. We loved the location with the easy walk to the beach. The house and pool were everything we needed. We would happily revisit this location.

Great week

Perfect place for a relaxing week!! Everything was clean and just as expected. Plenty of room. The pool is clean and great for after a day at the beach. We wouldn’t change a thing.

R&R with a hint of looking at investment properties.

It was a lovely and relaxing visit. Bought a pass to community center to workout all week, found our favorite breakfast place, and visited a lot of local towns. Very quiet, everything closes down early (very large senior population), good restaurants. The entire area is very expensive (to buy real estate or dinner). The average dinner for two was around $100/ night with no drinks. However, if you didn’t want to budget that much this house has a beautifully appointed kitchen and you could make meals in. There is a Publix Grocery nearby. If you live in the Midwest or similar socioeconomic area, you’ll find groceries quite a bit more expensive. This house is only a quick and easy 2 blocks to beach. The beach rivals Caribbean beaches and they are wide/not crowded.

Peaceful Family Time

We had an amazing time. The beach was close by, the pool was heated and provided much needed relaxation. We enjoyed cooking in and nearby restaurants. The beds were just right and our towels were generous and plush! Perfect house for a perfect getaway! Thanks Corona Joe’s!

Cute duplex in a great location

We just enjoyed a week long family vacation staying at Corona Joe’s. It was a couple blocks from the beautiful beach just like described and they had a wagon, chairs, sand toys that were very helpful. The pool was nice to cool off in after a beach trip. The only thing to be aware of is that the duplex doesn’t provide any basic amenities such as dish soap, salt and pepper, seasonings, etc so just be prepared to buy everything you need to cook and clean. Other than that the property was as expected very clean, cozy, and we loved our time on AMI. What a beautiful and relaxing place to visit!

Great location

This property is a short walk to beach and also walkable to many island destinations- or hop on free trolley. Beach is not crowded and beautiful. AMI is laid back - only 2 high rises and “old Florida “ feel. Home is perfect- large open space with great kitchen. Beach-y decor. Great shower in master. Great to have a pool!!! We would come back to this spot!!! It is by the road so there is a bit of traffic noise but no biggie. My only issue is that although I knew the start up supplies would be minimal, there were no coffee filters which I noticed after I had shopped. Also, the key to the shed was not referenced and was behind the butcher block. We called for beach chairs and some were brought the next day . In the mean time we found the shed key and it was stocked w everything we needed to go to beach but we lost a beach day. So, info about the shed and also about garbage pick up would be helpful !

Perfect Stay

This rental was beautiful and one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. The house is a duplex and the other side is rented as well - we would have never known we had close by neighbors if we didn’t see them walking to their cars. The property was spacious and well equipped with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. We had an issue with the air conditioning on our first day and we were very pleased with the property management’s response time. The check in/check out process was incredibly convenient. We could not have asked for a better vacation and will definitely be back!

Convenient location

House was fine. Good location 2 blocks from the beach. It's part of a duplex but never really heard the other family. Plenty of beach chairs and the backyard pool was nice on windy days. House is a little dated. Qheen bedroom mattress should be replaced and glassware (plastic) is getting old. We would come back again.

Great stay!

After booking this property we were notified that there were some cosmetic (color) differences from the photos listed. Corona Joe's is now a deep blue. Upon arrival we were satisfied. The property was clean and in a great location, just a short five minute walk with great beach access. This property is a duplex, so there is another rental on the right side half of the home. We had neighbors during our stay and they were not a bother at any point. The location is perfect, including rental/residential homes, quiet, safe, and friendly. Great for a family vacation. The outdoor area is smaller than what the picture displays and the grass is not as healthy, but overall a nice spot. Would recommend updated photos. Make sure to take some bug spray as the no see ums were on point in late July. There were several useful beach items in the building including a wagon, floats, sand toys, corn hole, chairs, umbrellas, mats, etc... The televisions in the two smaller bed rooms are not connected to cable. The room with the two twin beds has a dvd player that works. Smaller queen bedroom did not have a dvd player and that TV was not connected to cable. The master bedroom and living area do have televisions connected to cable. Would definitely recommend connecting all four. Make sure you take extra dish detergent, clothing detergent, dishwasher detergent, and paper products, such as paper towels, and toilet paper if you have a large group, you will need it! Overall our stay was great with no issues or complaints. We will be returning summer 2021 for another stay at Corona Joe's, as AMI is wonderful! Thanks for letting us enjoy this location!

Nice roomy, clean rental with convenient parking out front. Excellent master bathroom and bedroom. Queen mattress in second bedroom needs to be replaced. Well-stocked kitchen, the refrigerator was missing a shelf, making it difficult to have enough room in it. The noise of traffic was very loud when outside by the pool. We enjoyed our stay and overall were pleased with the rental.

Fun at Corona Joes

We had a wonderful time at Corona Joes with our family! There was plenty of space for all 6 of us. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The house is fully stocked, has most of your beach/pool essentials and is about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. It's centrally located making it very easy to get to restaurants and shopping areas either by trolley, car or bike. We will definitely be coming back to Anna Maria Island!

Property was neat,fully stocked and close to the beach.

Property is updated and clean with everything you need to enjoy some island time. I did mention the master bed mattress was not good and they are supposed to replace it. Great company to deal with, quick and easy check in with friendly people.

Beautiful house. Disappointed at location

The house was beautiful. However, we were not able to discern from the ad that it was on the corner of the main street. Also, we found it not to be as well stocked as previous homes we had rented. Another negative was that the master bathroom had an odor which we could not seem to alleviate. Also, it is listed as a three bedroom. However, the third "bedroom" had no window, thus it can not be called a bedroom. In addition, the closet in that room was locked. Therefore, the people staying in that room had no light at all and no place to put clothing. On a positive note, the living area was very comfortable. However, if I plan on visiting AMI again, I will not book this property.

Great location for beach, shops and dininh

This place was perfect. Our family had plenty of room and just about everything we could want and need. The location was a short bike ride to the beach. It was also close to shopping and restaurants. The house does sit on the corner of 75th and gulf, gulf being one of the busier roads on the island. Luckily, this far north the road settles down a bit. There was laundry on site which is always nice. There were plenty of bath tools and beach towels as well. Visitors should note that we did have to provide most of our own consumables. Each bathroom had one roll of tp and there was one roll of paper towel. There was also some hand soap, dish soup and one packet of laundry soap. While this isn't an issue at all, some rentals provide more of these items than other's and guests may like to know in advance so they can plan accordingly while shopping for the trip.

Excellent house with excellent location

We just got home from a week here. We loved the location of this house as it was close to the beach and to everything else as well. It was not crowded on the island so we drove to the restaurants and etc. I will say this, the property management team who manages this property is top notch. The house was spotless when we got there. Took a shower and the master bath shower was not draining nor was the toilet flushing well. Made a call to the property mgnt team and they took care of it the same day. Corona Joe's owners decorating was impeccable and everything was top quality from the beds to the kitchen accessories. We had only 3 of us and there was everything we could possibly need. They even had a booster seat there that we used for my grandson. Don't hesitate to rent this house for your vacation as it is everything the pictures show and more.
