LIVING SPACES
Take your pick! The media room is filled with butter-soft leather couches, a wall of windows overlooking the lush native foliage and an awesome 75” Smart TV. Alluring tropical décor in all the warm shades of nature provides an almost instantaneous feeling of tranquility. What more could you want?
The den opens up to the courtyard and provides a convenient extension of the outdoors via the fully screened in lanai. Gather together on the classic rattan furnishings with your drink of choice, and plan another great day either poolside, beachside, at Naples nearby trendy downtown.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Oh, the kitchen. It’s gorgeous! It’s fully - equipped (check out that double oven!) It’s got more cabinets than you could ever use. Counter space? So much that your sous chef could have a sous chef! And it’s got delightful center island that seats 4, so the chef can stiff be a part of the conversation. It’s also a great spot for coffee or breakfast.
The dining room will make the family feel like royalty with elegant, high-backed wood chairs at a unique table for 6.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
The primary bedroom suite - oh, my. It opens directly to the courtyard, perfect for a midnight swim or a soak in the hot tub. After that, you'll sleep like a baby in a luxurious king-size bed with tons of fluffy pillows, sitting atop a warm wood floor covered with a cozy area rug. Like to read before bed? We’ve got you covered,
with dual nightstands and lamps. The spa-like bath is the stuff of dreams, with double sinks, a big soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. There’s even a comfy chair to steal a few minutes alone.
The second bedroom suite is nearly as grand (with some privacy from the rest of the house), with another cozy area rug over top cool tile floors, and a cozy chair tucked into the corner, perfect for reading a few pages, checking your social media or texting with friends about how absolutely fabulous Naples is! You’ll wake up refreshed and ready to take on another day of fun in this king-size bed. Other features of note include a tropical ceiling fan and plenty of storage space The ensuite bath features a vessel sink and oversized tiled walk-in shower.
The first cozy guest room has a gorgeous 4-poster queen bed, with tons of pillows and colorful tropical bedding. A big dresser sits atop a wood floor covered in a complementary area rug. Other features include a ceiling fan and bedside table and lamp.
The second guest room is perfect for the kids, with two twin beds and similar décor. These two guest rooms share a big hall bath, with a colorful parrot motif, dual sinks, and a tub/shower.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES
This totally unique courtyard will be the highlight of your stay! Formed by the U-shape of the house, you'll have total privacy to enjoy another complete living space... with the benefit of a relaxing saltwater pool and hot tub in the middle! Want to hang out together poolside and decide which of Naples's 700 restaurants to try out? Pull up a seat on the outdoor sofa or side chair. Ready to feel the sun on your shoulders as you dig into your charcuterie board? Take a seat at the dining table for 4. In the mood for a frosty margarita? Belly up to the bar with seating for 3. Please note: No smoking or vaping. No parties or events.

Our Guests can also use the private tennis courts (which can be used for pickleball), sand volleyball court, basketball courts, playground and communal pools (one is a lap pool!) of the Briarwood community, which are about three-quarters mile from the home.
