The space
Our tranquil 4-bedroom beach house is nestled in a quiet, gated community, providing a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions. Enjoy the convenience of a golf cart and bikes with helmets for easy exploration. The villa features:

- Private Heated Pool & Hot Tub: Relax and unwind in your own pool and hot tub. Patio furniture is provided for ultimate relaxation and outdoor dining, and a grill is available for delicious barbecues. Pool heating is optional for an additional fee of $40 per night.

- Living Area: A spacious, inviting living area with plush sofas and a 70-inch 4K TV for movie nights and quality family time.

- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Modern appliances and sleek countertops make it easy to prepare meals, from quick snacks to gourmet dinners.

Bedrooms:

- Master Bedroom: Enjoy luxury with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, a small walk-in closet, and a 55-inch Smart TV.

- Bedroom 2: Features a king-sized bed and a 50-inch 4K Smart TV for relaxation.

- Bedroom 3: Ideal for families or groups with a comfortable bunk bed setup and a 50-inch 4K TV.

- Bedroom 4: Comfortable bunk bed setup (no TV).

Additional Highlights:

- Pet-Friendly: $150 pet fee for up to 2 pets; additional fees may apply for a third pet. Fee requested at check-in.
- Amenities: 2 full bathrooms, central air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, baby chair and pack-and-play, and a 2-car garage.
- Safety: Security cameras (front and backyard) and smart lock for your safety. Please note that the backyard camera is only switched on when there are no guests present for security purposes.
- Proximity: 5-10 minute drive to attractions, shops, restaurants, bars, and a premium outlet mall.


Take note that primary guest must sign a rental agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using the golf cart and other amenities on our property, and ensures that all guests are aware of the rules and regulations.
Guest access
Enjoy exclusive use of the heated pool, hot tub, and other amenities. Use the 6-seater golf cart and bikes to explore the neighborhood. The private beach access is just a 7-minute walk away, with additional beach chairs, a trolley, and an ice cooler provided.
Other things to note
● Please be mindful that this home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and parties are not allowed. For everyone's safety and security, please note that we have installed a security camera at the front of the house and in the backyard facing the pool (only turned on when there are no guest staying). There is also a ring doorbell camera and a smart lock installed at the front entrance for your convenience; and that operates 24/7.

-Additional fee for the third pet may be charged based on the size of the dog

● The pool is equipped with a heater which can be turned on for an additional fee of $40/night. Let us know if you'd like the pool heater to be turned on prior to, or during your stay.
