We had a wonderful stay and our host Mrs. Rosemary was very prompt and friendly. The house was clean and had plenty of room for a great cookout and swimming. Our pet dog also had a great time. Would love to return to this home.

Excellent! Our host was incredibly communicative and helpful, the property was lovely, the private pool was perfect for the two of us when we didn't want to deal with the crowds at the nearby private beach. And the location couldn't have been better... minutes from the beach, close to great restaurants (we highly recommend Captain Dave's), and a very quiet, secure community. We will be back!!

The home was fantastic, great neighborhood and close to the beach with easy access. It is well worth it to get the added golf cart as evening rides down the beach front roads are very nice. Home was very clean and the pool area was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Rosemary was very friendly and responsive to all questions or concerns. Looking for a great place to stay on your vacation this is it.

Amazing Property and location.

Rosemary was always a phone call away with questions and the location was amazing. We will definitely be back next year.

This was a beautiful home and property just a short walk from the beach. We hope to stay again next summer. The communication about a replacement gold cart was fantastic and arrived quickly. This is the best location we have stayed.

Great beach house

We were impressed with the property. Only issue was parking for golf cart while going to beach but had a great experience overall! Would book this property again

Brocation

Beautiful place to stay. Had a wonderful time and especially nice to have a place of our on to stay, cook and having a private pool. Timing was probably not the best with the spread of the virus but having a private place to stay made it safe for all of us. Would recommend this place for anyone liking their privacy.

Difficult to enter gated community arriving in the dark and finding the pad for the gate. Property nice but dated and dark. Was not the beach feel and decorations did not match. Golf cart was a nice touch. Pool small but clean!

Perfection!

It was a great place. The location was perfect. The golf cart made going to the beach a breeze. The house was very clean. The pool was great for my granddaughter. The tanning ledge was the right depth for her. Definitely gonna book again!!!!!

Two Week Getaway

Lovely home in a nice gated community. Minutes from the beach. Pool was accomodating for four adults. Nice furnished patio. Garage held pool floats and beach supplies. Very nice surprise. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. a ancrockpot.

Family vacation

We had a great stay. The house was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. House was in a quiet neighborhood. We rented the golf cart but only used it 2 days because it was to hard for us to turn the steering wheel. So it really wasn’t worth the extra money we paid for the golf cart. Our trip was very enjoyable.

Spring break 2024

Great location close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The golf cart was perfect for just going to the beach if you want to cruise the neighborhood and take it to dinners I would suggest getting something a little more comfortable and something that is gas powered the pool was perfect, the house was comfortable would definitely stay here again. Rosemary was quick to answer any questions and resolve any issues that I had.

Excellent Stay!

My entire family came to stay at the Starfish. The house had plenty of room to move around and eat during meals. We had a crawling 10 month old and the house was even prepared for her. Outlets were covered and all plugs and wires were tucked away and hidden. Any questions or concerns we had were answered right away. The house was close to the beach. We did enjoy the golf cart since we had multiple family members and items that could be dropped off right at the entry to the beach with no problems. As mentioned in previous reviews, the pool was a little smaller than normal but we enjoyed it either way. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Rosemary for being a great host!

Perfect Stay

Our stay at Starfish was perfect! Everything about the property was more than accommodating! All the rooms were very spacious, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, the closests were stocked with plenty of towels, & the house was decorated so cute! The WiFi & cable TV was great for our kids. The outside was also such a hit! So many great things! The pool was so much fun, the grill worked perfect, & the outdoor shower was so handy for showering before hopping into the pool & washing off after visiting the beach without having to do indoors & getting sand everywhere. We also rented the golf cart for the week, which was the best thing to travel to the beach & back, down the strip for sight seeing, & getting to & from local restaurants. There was also plenty of beach chairs, sand toys, & a huge umbrella for the beach as well. Thank you to Rosemary & Angela for such great communication & allowing our family to stay. We absolutely loved our stay & cant wait to come back again soon!

Miramar Beach

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is very clean and was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the little extras like a small bottle of dish soap, several dishwasher tablets, several laundry pods, and small shampoo conditioner and soap in each bathroom. Also a scrubber sponge at the sink. There were several rolls of toilet paper also. The extra refrigerator in the garage is a wonderful extra! We were able to keep our drinks cold out there and keep the fridge inside for our food! Plus when loading up an ice chest to go to the beach it was nice just to be able to do that in the garage! We enjoyed the pool. It’s not an enormous pool, but it was enough for us to be able lounge around and hang out and visit! The neighborhood is cute and it’s really not a far walk from the beach. We rented the golf cart and usually drove it and parked it and walked the short distance from where we parked. The beach was pretty and the complementary umbrella and two chairs was a nice benefit of renting this home! The owner was very nice and communicated well and we literally had no problems! We would definitely stay there again! Also, the house is really pretty big! There were eight of us and we were never on top of each other! There’s two living room areas and lots of space to eat ! We enjoyed the house very much!

Not meant for families and children

The beach access is far from the house in my opinion. Even if you drive a golf cart down there is no parking at your private access. Still have to walk a good bit and carry all your items. When taking kids that’s a lot of items! Kitchen was not stocked well with silverware. Some nights we would have to wash a fork when someone was down for another to use it. Our occupancy was 8. Getting in and out of the gates to the house was a pain. The driveway only fit two cars comfortably. We had to squish the cars in and still hung on the sidewalk some. Which is not allowed. We had two small cars and one small suv. Even if you rent the golf cart you have to pull all the cars in and out all day to be able to park it in the garage. We had an issue with the golf cart. Which happens! After the hassle of even using it just the one day we decided to get our money back. No where else to park it but in the garage. And no way in the garage without moving cars. Cars are not allowed in the garage. The air went out in the house for a day in a half and was fixed as promptly as could be. Things happen. But, this house was not convenient for our family at all.
