Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
★ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. These times are set to ensure our team has enough time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for each guest.
If you need earlier access or a later departure, the best way to guarantee additional time is to book an extra night before arrival or after departure, subject to availability.

Pool heating is available at $80 per day, 2 day min. Please note that 48-hour advanced notice must be paid before arrival.

★ PETS ★
This is a pet friendly property. An additional $250 pet fee is required and must be paid 48 hours prior to check in.
★ QUIET HOURS/ NO PARTIES ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 9 PM - 8 PM (city ordinance). No music should be played outside during this period, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed.
★ OCCUPANCY ★
the number of guests allowed on the property shall not exceed the number of guests listed in your reservation, whether they are visiting or staying the night.
★ We do not allow any parties to be held at the property at any time of day.
★ Important note: From November to February, pool heat typically warms the water to the mid-70s. Without heating, water temperatures can drop into the 40s or 50s. While we do our best to maintain comfortable pool temperatures, weather conditions may affect the exact temperature.

- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
