The Ellsworth home was beautiful, clean & perfect for two couples. The view of the Bay was amazing; the house was tastefully decorated & was well-situated for day trips to both Acadia & Bar Harbor. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Maine!

Out of all the rental properties I’ve stayed this one exceeded all expectations, beyond well stocked, nothing we wanted or needed. Very clean. Easy driving access to Acadia and all the lovely harbors nearby.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our vacation in Maine. Access to Acadia and Bar Harbor was easy. The house was clean, had plenty of space and amenities, and Checkin/out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Visit

Property was amazing. It is located in a central area, which makes it easy to access all parts of the beautiful Acadia area. It was well stocked and very clean. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful Bayside views

Beautiful clean private spacious home with gorgeous views of the bay. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and spacious living and dining areas. Close 20-30min drive to Bar Harbor & Acadia National Park.

Property is a Gem

We really enjoyed the property and would stay there again. Ran into a small problem with hot water which was quickly diagnosed and fixed by the owner the owner of the property. Thanks again for a great vacation jake

Beautful spot

It was exactly as pictured with a beautful view of the water. Very easy to get to and check in was a breeze. It took us about 15 min to get into the park. The town itself had some great food and icecream! We genuinely enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back.

Great House And Property With A View

Family of 4 stayed 5 nights. Kids lived that there were games available in the house and we played every night. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Easy access to Acadia and anywhere else you want to be.

Weekend in Acadia

This was a nice property in a good location. Not too busy of an area with good access to Acadia (~30 min to anywhere). There are wonderful sunset views from both inside and outside the house (porch or firepit). The kitchen is well stocked with good quality cookware and utensils. I would stay here again.

Visit Maine

Cottage was warm and inviting, well appointed and spacious. The kitchen was well equiped. A quite rural setting with an evellent views of the bay lands beyond. We loved our homeaway from home. Easy drives to our chosen visitation spots.

Beautiful bayside home

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home!! Incredible views, clean, plenty of space, and all the ammenities. Firepit great to stargaze at night. A great homebase to explore costal Maine. Communication with owner great, prompt reponses. would definitely recommend!

Awesome home! Well stocked with everything to feel at home. We didn’t bring a thing with us and didn’t need to. Easy access to Acadia and Bar Harbor. Much better than staying in an expensive hotel! This place had everything you would need to feel at home. We even enjoyed a great fire using the fire pit. Well worth it!

Clean, convenient and well-equipped

We have rented many vacation houses, and this one was one of the best we have rented. It was clean, comfortable and equipped with basic necessities. The house was really convenient to Bar Harbor and Acadia (about 20-25 minute drive). The house also had an incredible view, and nice outdoor space. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Long weekend with friends

From the moment we booked our home until our last moment of our stay everything was perfect. Our home was just as described and close to every place we wanted to be. Our manager was so thorough and answered every question quickly.

Flawless

This property was amazing. It was exactly as pictured in the listing. If I could buy a home in Maine, I would want this one. The views are spectacular. The location was ideal. It was close, but not too close, to Bar Harbor and Acadia. We definitely would stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

The property was exactly what I was looking for in order to have a relaxing vacation with my husband. The property was clean, exactly as pictured in the listing and had a great location ( about 20 minutes to Acadia and Bar Harbor). Susan was easy to communicate with and the check in and check out processes were straight forward and simple. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Beautiful place with nice view

We really enjoyed our stay and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The location is nice and quiet and not too far from Ellsworth. Unfortunately it is a fairly busy road with no shoulder so there’s no easy way to walk or anywhere from the house. I’d definitely recommend this place for exploring the Ellsworth and Mt. Desert Island area.

Great Stay!

Very clean and tidy property! The location is private with a nice view and about a 35 minute drive to the Hull’s Cove Visitor Center at Acadia. The deck outside is a good spot to sit and relax. The kitchen is one of the best equipped for a VRBO that we’ve ever stayed in. The living room is cozy with lots of seating and a big TV. Internet was great so we were able to stream our own TV service. We had a great time!

Quiet and Relaxing

Beautiful place away from the crowds of Bar Harbor

We did a family trip with our adult sons. This is a well cared for home that has all the things to make dinner, including a lobster cooker. Showers were wonderful. Beds firm but comfortable. We spent a lot of time around the campfire. Conveniently located near Ellsworth but very close to Acadia. Property manager sent us the wrong listing so there was a bit of a panic as to where we were staying but other than that the stay was fantastic!
