Perfect place for my son and I. Very clean, had everything we needed and the location was great for us as well. Super nice host! Had a last minute extension in which he accommodated us for as well. Would definitely stay again.

Host was very informative and on it. If we needed anything he was very gracious. Nice quiet neighborhood and we grilled out almost every evening.

Was perfect for a quiet getaway, bed was comfy, house was clean. Was close to grand ledges for hiking and had a great meal downtown.

The property is easy to get to and was very clean, quiet and well-stocked with pots and pans to charging points for devices. It is decorated nicely and although it is a small house, space is used very wisely. Has a nice outdoor area with a grill available for use and the host was very accommodating with great communication. Hope to stay again!

Nice & Safe

Our stay was very nice. Kitchen nice and big as well as the shower. Our stay got cut short due to a family emergency, but the owner was understanding and accommodating. I would stay here again!

Everything was great! Loved our stay in Lansing, beautiful neighborhood and lots to do. The only complaint was that there were a few times we found ants and other insects inside the property. They seemed to get better as the stay went on though so it could’ve just been an issue with the last guests. Highly recommend!

Great time, make sure you put your food away as stated as spring is joining us. It was a lovely stay we did some laundry ordered in and had a blast after my performance. Great hosts! We'd love to return. P.s. the protection plan is nonrefundable but the hosts have nothing to do with that and were very helpful in helping me find out who to ask about that.

Incredibly warm and welcoming

We showed up to the house fully ready to receive- warm, well-lit, super cozy! It was a wonderful and comfortable stay without any significant problems in a quiet little area. The kitchen was well stocked and there were ample extras. This stay surpassed my expectations and I look forward to returning!

Great stay!

David’s cottage was perfect! It was equipped with everything we needed. Great location. Communication with David was easy and pleasant. He left clear instructions for check in and check out and checked in during the stay to make sure everything was good. They even got a new grill while we were there. I would highly recommend staying here. Nothing but great things to say.

In town for a tragic situation, stay was very comfortable,

My friend and I were in town because of a tragic situation. This property was excellent, and David made the whole process very smooth and very easy. The property was exactly as advertised and very clean and comfortable. 5 stars all around. David is also very nice and kind. Highly recommend this place in Lansing.
